The best surprise was the free shuttle service to and from Jinjiang Airport – a total lifesaver for catching flights! They also have a huge free parking lot, so no stress if you're driving. The lounge area on the first floor offers complimentary self-service coffee and tea, which was a nice touch for relaxing while waiting. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and there was plenty of time to eat. A special shoutout to the shuttle driver – he was really enthusiastic and helpful!"

Highlight was the Starbuck downstairs at the lobby, it’s what you needed for a morning coffee and a refreshing drink after dinner. There were a wide range of dinning options as well, both within the hotel and conveniently nearby."

Both the front desk and housekeeping team were especially warm and attentive. The location is also great. "This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel facilities are brand new and fully equipped. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The staff were smiling throughout, proactively helped us with our luggage, and thoughtfully recommended local restaurants. I even forgot my charger, and a staff member quickly brought one up – truly impressive! It genuinely felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"I've been wanting to try this designer hotel for ages, and it truly lived up to the hype! The architecture, built right on the rocks, is stunning. Our room had a direct view of the ocean, and we could hear the waves crashing right from our bed. Our butler, Jojo, was incredibly attentive, and the evening firework show on the beach was a delightful surprise. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax for a few days. The breakfast featured many authentic Minnan dishes; I especially loved the peanut soup and beef broth, and the satay noodles were delicious too."

"Pros: The overall service attitude of the hotel staff, including housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant servers, was quite good. All necessary amenities were available. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but satisfactory. Although the room facilities were a bit old, the cleanliness was good. Cons: There was a critical issue. On the day we checked in, the temperature dropped significantly, and it was very windy outside. The window handle in our room was broken, and cold air was leaking in. Since we had already settled in, used the bed, and freshened up, we decided not to switch rooms. I specifically called the front desk to ask if the air conditioning could provide heat, and they confirmed it could. I set it to the highest temperature, but even after waiting for half an hour, it didn't warm up. So I went to sleep. I woke up at 2 AM freezing, only to realize the window was leaking a lot of cold air, and the AC wasn't heating at all. The room was like an icebox. I had to use toilet paper to plug the gaps in the window just to get through the night. I was traveling with two children; one caught a cold, and the other was also feeling a bit under the weather."

"Stayed for one night spontaneously and it truly exceeded my expectations! The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, and the breakfast spread was so extensive it was hard to choose. Sivan, the guy at the front desk, was super nice and adjusted our room really quickly. If you have any questions, he's definitely the one to ask. The free parking is a huge bonus, I'll definitely be back!"
