"The only problem we encountered is the inner road in front of rhe hotel was closed, no cars allowed to enter so it is rather inconvenient and hassle if you have heavy luggages and you have to disembark from the car along the busy road and lift the luggages across the road steel barrier in order to enter the hotel or disembark 200 meters further away from the hotel if you want to avoid the barriees."

"The room was small and not commensurate with the price. The male staff member on the evening shift had poor service: I left my phone charger and a pair of earrings at the hotel. After checking out at noon, I called the front desk that evening. The front desk said they would ask the housekeeping staff, but they didn't call back. When I called a second time, they said the housekeeping staff hadn't seen them. I asked the front desk to check again and give me a reply, since the charger was plugged into a hotel outlet. They didn't call back after that, showing complete irresponsibility."
