Find 5-Star Hotels in Jinjiang

Pretty good, typical Xiamen Airlines service. The mattress firmness was just right, a much better experience than Chongyangxi. The Jinjiang Airport is right across the street – nice to look at, but no unauthorized photos, haha. The laundry room and gym are very convenient, but please remember to clean the lint trap in the dryer, especially the second filter inside. It seems like every time I stay at a Xiamen Airlines hotel, I end up being a free trainer. Hope the equipment department strengthens its management. The breakfast restaurant on the first floor, which also doubles as a Japanese hot pot place, is decent. Overall, I recommend it.

I booked a 'Deluxe King Room' for a 4-day, 3-night stay. Upon check-in, the front desk agent, Ms. Zheng Jianting, kindly upgraded me to a 'Luxury King Room' free of charge. That night, the central air conditioning was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep due to the heat. I immediately informed the front desk, and the hotel manager, Mr. Li, along with front desk staff He Ting and Wang Yichao, proactively addressed the issue. They then upgraded me from the Luxury King Room to an Executive Suite, and later, once again, upgraded me to a Presidential Annex Suite without any hesitation. The housekeeping staff, particularly Ms. Wang Famin, provided warm and sincere service. On the morning after my check-in, when I went for breakfast, perhaps a bit late, I noticed two issues: first, the variety of dishes was limited, and second, there were no staff members guiding guests. I provided feedback to the hotel, and to my pleasant surprise, the very next day, the restaurant not only had a richer selection of dishes but also had several service staff present. I commend the hotel for its willingness to genuinely accept customer feedback and promptly implement improvements. I want to thank all the aforementioned staff members for their warm and sincere service and hope the hotel recognizes their excellent work. I wish the hotel continues to strive for even higher service quality and enjoys thriving business.

The room was spacious, and the beds could even be combined, offering great flexibility for our stay. It was incredibly convenient for the concert as the stadium was right downstairs! The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The only minor downside was that breakfast wasn't provided, but there's a convenience store downstairs, and they even have robot delivery for food orders, which was a really cool overall experience.

The hotel ambiance is fresh and comfortable with a great vibe, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's super convenient for shopping and dining nearby, making daily commutes effortless. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and there's plenty of easy-to-access parking. Plus, electric car charging is available on-site, which is a huge bonus for self-driving guests. Overall, the value for money is exceptional!

It's very close to the company where I'm traveling and the transportation is convenient. The hotel's appearance and lobby are very grand. This style suits my taste😊. I couldn't help but take a few photos. The front desk upgraded me to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows for free. The room is very big. , the abalone rice in the restaurant on the first floor is delicious and recommended.

Easy to find and conveniently located, with plenty of parking spaces. The security staff were very helpful in guiding us to a spot. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the amenities were complete and of good quality. Daily housekeeping was meticulous. Check-out at the front desk was quick, with no long waits. This hotel offers much better value for money than others at a similar price point. I'll definitely stay here again!

Booked two queen rooms for two nights and overall, it was a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were also polite, greeting guests when they saw them. The rooms are quite spacious, and being on the 21st floor, the view is excellent, overlooking the lake. The parking lot is also very large with plenty of spaces, which is convenient for those driving – no worries about finding a spot. The buffet breakfast is extensive with many options, and enjoying it on the top floor with that view is really pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
