"The location is very convenient, close to both Wanlian and Yintai Shopping Centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The lobby is modern and well-presented, creating a good first impression. We stayed for a longer period, so having laundry facilities was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the strong smell of smoke in the room. We raised this issue, and the staff did try to move us to another room. However, it seemed that all rooms had a similar smoking smell, despite being advertised as non-smoking rooms. This made our stay quite uncomfortable."

The breakfast was delicious, there's a small garden where you can feed the fish, and a quiet place to read on the first floor – a peaceful and relaxing environment. The room was a bit cramped though, and I encountered a small bug in the bathroom, which is why I deducted 0.5 points for cleanliness. The breakfast really surprised me, it was delicious. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: A tiny bit lacking Environment: Garden-style Service: Great. I wanted to take a nap, so they extended my check-out until 2 PM."

"The Deluxe View Twin Room I stayed in was a fairly standard experience overall. First and foremost, the hotel's facilities and service were excellent. The room was spacious, with good natural light and views of the city. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, clean, and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. They responded promptly to any requests, demonstrating the hotel's attention to its guests, which is commendable. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved. One suggestion for the hotel: the breakfast selection and taste could be improved. A wider variety of options would be appreciated, although the basic porridge, noodles, and drinks were sufficient for most daily needs and acceptable for those who don't have high expectations for breakfast. The room's soundproofing was average; I could occasionally hear footsteps in the hallway. Those who are particularly sensitive to noise should communicate with the front desk in advance to request a room on the inside of the room. Overall, the hotel's location, facilities, and service are all excellent. However, there is room for improvement in some details. We look forward to the hotel addressing these minor issues to provide guests with a more perfect stay experience."

There's also the Seasons Floral Sea scenic area within the resort, making it perfect for family trips."

"Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more. The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots. Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!"

"We chose this hotel for our family trip to Xitang with our child, and our stay was an absolute delight – truly a hidden gem for families! The room was spacious, and the semi-open bathroom design felt airy and made it easy to keep an eye on our little one. The frosted glass partition offered plenty of privacy. The vanity height was just right, so our child could easily wash hands and brush teeth independently, which was super convenient. The lighted vanity mirror was also a nice touch for mom's touch-ups. The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries. The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything! Whether it's a short family getaway or a longer trip, this hotel is perfectly suited for families. The thoughtful design, attentive service, and comfortable environment made for a happy stay for our child and allowed us parents to relax properly. I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids, and we'll definitely be back!"

However, the room may be renovated, and the shower water will flow out to the wash basin, and there is no dry and wet separation. There is no partition between the room and the bathroom, so the bathroom window faces the room, and only the blinds block the light. It is very bright at night, and the room is also bright when the sun comes out early in the morning. Compared with the room price of more than 700, the facilities are really not good."
