"The weather was cold and snowy, but the hotel service was incredibly warm, definitely a plus. I received a call from Ms. Yin, the customer service representative, even before arriving at the hotel. Ms. Wang, who handled check-in, was patient and attentive throughout, providing detailed information about breakfast times and answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there were five complimentary bottles of mineral water. Although there were a few minor flaws, Manager Dai handled them very well, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city center with complete surrounding facilities, beautiful night views, a large and convenient parking lot, and delicious breakfast."

"The proprietress is very enthusiastic and very patient. The room hygiene is very good in the homestay. The towels and bath towels are disposable. The sheets are also very clean. My cleanliness person can sleep very peacefully. Every time I go to the hotel, the proprietress will turn on the heating first, and the service is very attentive. I was afraid that the bottled water in our room was not enough to drink, and I put a few more bottles at the door. The location of the room is in the middle of the scenic spot, the door is the river, the view is quite good!"

I had a great experience! The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were all lovely, gentle, and polite. They even offered late-night snacks and desserts! This is probably the best hotel experience I've had in Xitang. It will definitely be my top choice for my next visit."

"I took my parents on a trip to Xitang for National Day and was very satisfied with the hotel we booked! The commercial district is right downstairs, making it very lively and convenient to Xitang in less than half an hour. The breakfast was also very generous! The value for money was excellent! I highly recommend it! The hotel's amenities were excellent, including the electric toilet and electric curtains, which were unexpected. Most importantly, it was exceptionally clean, with no odors in the room and a very cozy atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my stay!"

"I brought my elderly parents to Xitang for Women's Day, and a friend recommended this hotel inside the scenic area. It truly has a beautiful Chinese garden design, with winding paths that create a wonderful sense of seclusion. We stayed in a balcony room, which even had a swing chair. It was incredibly pleasant to swing and chat with my family as the sun set. The room's wet/dry separation design was very practical, and the room service was exceptionally attentive. It was also very convenient to walk into the core scenic area. We had a panoramic view of Xitang bathed in sunshine and later, illuminated by fishing boats and lights. Watching people in traditional Hanfu attire wander through the scenic area felt like traveling a thousand years back in time, perfectly embodying the creative concept behind the 'Guangnian' (Lightyear) Hotel name!"

"This is a guesthouse in the Xizha Scenic Area. It's at the end of a narrow alley, so I couldn't find it on my own. But the staff at the hostel kindly called and asked for the hotel, and I was able to find it. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room has a lovely atmosphere, and it's perfect for exploring the ancient town late at night or early in the morning. The air conditioning was weak, so it was a little cold."

"The room is in the scenic area, you can come in when it is free, and then you can play at will in the ancient town. The boss has a very good attitude and is very caring. If you have any questions, you will reply in time and do it yourself. The room space is super large, the entire second floor and the living room are private areas, and there is also a mahjong table and a projector! The two rooms are very large and very distinctive, basic toiletries are provided, and disposable towels and bath towels are provided. When I came, it rained heavily. The boss was very good. We were allowed to keep it here. If the rain was small, we would go ～. Very satisfied with an experience, I will choose this store next time!"

"What a beautiful hotel, from outside to inside. It's located just outside Xitang Scenic Area, but they have a backdoor through the garden where the staff can escort and bring guests thru so you don't have to pay again for a ticket to enter the attraction. Every bit of the room is spacious, from the bathroom to shower area to the bedroom. I love how the bed faces a full ceiling to floor window where you can wake up to a lovely view while still lying in bed. The bed and pillows are firm and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is good but hard to control the temperature. The hair dryer is a little weak and took a while to dry my short hair. The room also came with a generous plate of fresh fruits. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple, nothing fancy but the usual staples are there and food quality is ok. The live noodles station was the best for me, can't go wrong with hot noodles soup & wantons, especially on a cold morning. Was given a beautiful tea cup as a farewell gift at check-out. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend anyone planning to stay a night at Xitang to stay here!"
