"It's a two-unit-per-floor apartment with a private garden. The rooms and bathrooms were new and very clean. I didn't see any hair or anything like that on the bed or in the bathroom (I brought my own sheets). The owner was very nice. It would be better if the air conditioning in the larger room was a bit stronger, as it's been really hot in Hangzhou these past few days. The smaller room, however, had plenty of air conditioning. The location of the guesthouse is great; it's not on the main street, but it's right down from the Songzi Laifeng Bridge, and it's quite quiet at night. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and boat rides, and there are even travel photography studios downstairs. Xitang is truly beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded. A very satisfying trip."

The team building aunt sings and plays mahjong until midnight. If you don't plan to sing, you will be tired. The room was very cold. I turned on the air conditioner, but the heater bounced back from the windshield. The temperature never went up. The landlord is busy outside all day and only comes back at night The aunties at work are pretty good, but they can't deal with these problems. The only two things I liked were the water dispenser in the room (don’t worry about the dirty hot water kettle in the hotel) and the high-end shared battery car. It was very comfortable in Xitang at night when the breeze blew."
