This hotel's convenient location within the departure lounge, coupled with its friendly service, proved invaluable. While nearby food options are limited, the hotel's proximity mitigated the impact of our cancelled flights, preventing a significantly worse travel experience.

The room was really clean and extremely comfortable, and definitely helped given that we had a long layover.
However, the service is really bad. We had to wait in a queue for about an hour just to get to the reception desk. Apparently it’s always like that so I don’t really understand the value of making reservations ahead of time. They definitely are understaffed. If they can’t hire anyone else then the least they could do is issue out tickets and have enough seating to accommodate guests so that people aren’t frustrated.
Amenities are decent but there’s no dental kit or even a bin in the bathroom.

The hotel appears brand new and is therefore in great decorative order. However, we booked 2 single beds and was given a double bed. The room only had 1 towel and there wasn't a kettle or any tea/kettle. Also there wasn't any WiFi available in the rooms. Furthermore I had to give a deposit on entry which I thought was a bit weird given this is a hotel where people stay for a maximum of 12 hours whilst they wait for the next flight. On the positive side the staff were very helpful and the room came with 2 bottles of complimentary water. I would stay here again if I had a long connection time as it does the job.

My flight was delayed by 4 days and they took my reservation even though it was for 4 days ago. I would have had to sleep in the airport bench for 10 hours had they not been so kind. Other than the fact of the room didn't have Windows it was great thank you so much

فندق تعامل سيء مع العملاء حجزت واتاخرت رحلتي ولم يوافقو بإرجاع المبلغ المالي للحجز رغم انه بإستطاعتهم اعادة المبلغ مع العلم بانهم يعلمون بان طائرتي تاخرت ولم اكن بالمطار وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
