Nice hotel room with excellent service staffs. Delicious breakfast with the view!!!!

The location is very near for van drop off from ban gioc waterfall. That is the reason I book there. Surprising is a very good hotel near lake for a good walk at night and morning. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable bed

A bit expensive for the size of the room but alright.

Great value for money. Costs a little more than cheap hotels in Hanoi, but that is worth it. We just wanted a clean stay and this hotel definitely met our needs. Also, it was great that we had a more western shower that was surrounded with glass. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel. We needed a comfortable, clean hotel in the center, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. We checked in on January 30, in the middle of the ***** New Year celebration, all the necessary services were available to us, this is breakfast, a fitness room, cleaning, since during the New Year celebration, the first hotel we went to refused to provide the paid services. The breakfast was great, varied and delicious, special thanks for it! We used the laundry service for free, independently, brought all the clothes to a proper condition. The room is fully stocked with accessories, there is even an iron and ironing board. Thanks to the friendly staff, they speak excellent English and help with everything! Excellent hotel!
