This hotel is a solid choice for those who want to stay close to Hanoi’s city center. The location is convenient: just a 5-minute walk to a large grocery store and 10 minutes to a shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, and we never had issues with hot water. Housekeeping deserves special praise—everything was impeccably clean, even under the beds! There were a few small maintenance issues (e.g., a broken socket, cracked tiles in the hallway), but the staff’s friendly and respectful attitude made up for it. Breakfast had a modest variety, but they introduced new dishes daily. The coffee was absolutely perfect! A special shout-out to the hostess for her professionalism and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Hanoi!

Japanese style hotel breakfast is average, location is average. Staffs are very kind. If you want distance from the city centers noise i will recommend this hotel.

The location is very near for van drop off from ban gioc waterfall. That is the reason I book there. Surprising is a very good hotel near lake for a good walk at night and morning. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable bed

Great value for money. Costs a little more than cheap hotels in Hanoi, but that is worth it. We just wanted a clean stay and this hotel definitely met our needs. Also, it was great that we had a more western shower that was surrounded with glass. Would recommend.
