AC in my room not working, despite complaint a few times no solution

The hotel is very good, the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, always trying to be helpful, the pool is clean and large, gorgeous views of bluewater, the Ferris wheel and the marina. We rested with the family, everyone really liked it, for this price it is a great offer. I recommend taking breakfasts, because they are good and in the city you will hardly find an alternative to this assortment for reasonable money

It is preferable that the suite without a kitchen at least has a microwave.

Cons: there was a wedding and all the sun loungers were moved into a cramped space, you can't take towels out of the hotel, and sometimes at breakfast they seat you far away. Pros: large spacious apartments, delicious breakfast, large pool, polite staff.

Everything was great. There was a small incident on the first day, but the hotel handled the situation with dignity. The rooms are large, the room cleaning is 5+, the views are stunning. Even the one on the oil refinery, because in the same direction there is a bay and skyscrapers. And the refinery at night looks like a space station. Within walking distance from the hotel there is McDonald's, Oko, shops, cafes, jbr street. Dinners are a bit expensive, but there is plenty to choose from. We can't eat that much, so we preferred to eat at the cafe. Although we tried it once. The lamb is great.

Well, the hotel was booked as a great location with a pool next to the beach line and easy access to cafes/restaurants nearby. The provided superior room with two bedrooms and a kitchen, according to the hotel's plan, was supposed to compensate for the fact that the pool and fitness room did not work during the stay and until the end of September (another month). But this spacious room hardly outweighed the lack of the mentioned things, which, by the way, was not reflected on the website when booking. Breakfast at the hotel is five stars, the restaurant management is as helpful as possible. The room, in fact, instead of city wiev has a view of the Dubai industrial area (photo), the hotel was cunning, providing such general information. But since the weather was hot, sitting on the balcony was out of the question and I did not ask for a change of room. By the way, at first they tried to give us accommodation on the 10th floor with a similar view, but the room had a strong smell from chemicals. carpet treatment products, and changed it to the 18th floor. The second, tall Hilton tower is not a hotel, but private apartments, so you should not count on it. There was a Candy washing machine in the room, but it immediately gave an error after starting. We changed it to Beco, which washed everything properly. Powder was available. It’s difficult to give an overall rating to the accommodation, I think it’s 4-. Mainly because the young ladies needed a pool, since the stagnant water of the bay is completely unpleasant, especially in the summer.
