Near to airport and convenient for a layover between flights. No shops or restaurants around the hotel. The nice and helpful staff can assist you ordering food. Pick up service is every hour at designated spot, last service is around 23h00.Typical american complimentary breakfast.

It's good location and have a good breakfast. Near the airport but i could hear the sound of airplane at night. Hotel has free Airport shuttle bus service.

It’s a stopover hotel at SFO which is dated but does the job. Do bring ear plugs as the planes can be loud overhead. There was a complimentary self service breakfast with a small but satisfactory selection. I would stay there again. The shuttle bus is a great because it’s the first one to drop off to and pick up from.

The manager Mr Deron welcome us very warmly. He offered us free shuttle for upcoming trip back to the airport, even the free breakfast was well prepared on check out time (we had very early morning flight) The room is very clean, equipped with coffee machine, microvawe,refrigerator and ironing table. At the lobby, we can enjoy free coffee and fresh welcome drink.

Horrible

It is very close to the airport, and you can get there by taking the free Blue Line that runs through the airport to the Long-Term Parking Lot, then walking straight along the paved road for about 20 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport every hour, which is convenient.

This hotel near the airport is really suitable for friends who are in transit. Take the airport shuttle to the last stop, and then walk for 15 minutes to get there. (Although we almost couldn't find the exit in the parking lot 🤭) The staff is very nice, the breakfast pancakes are delicious, and the room is large and clean. There is a bus to the airport every hour, highly recommended!

Because I lost my passport and couldn't get on the plane, I contacted the hotel to check out immediately. The Ctrip staff also helped me contact them, but in the end they still deducted the full room fee. It was so inhumane.

It is a convenient hotel that provides shuttle bus service. The waiters are very polite and enthusiastic. It's my first time to San Francisco Airport, so I chose this one. Even if there is no shuttle bus, I can still walk there.

5 minutes drive from the airport, with airport shuttle, complete facilities, good breakfast👍

Located near San Francisco International Airport, the environment and facilities are average, but fortunately the price is not expensive.
