Four bedrooms are on the second floor with 1.5 baths and 1 bedroom on the main floor with a full bath. There is also a futon in the basement rec room which is also equipped with a foosball table and a washer and dryer. The whole house is yours from top to bottom. This is a beautiful downstairs apartment, with all of the amenities of home. The apartment is accessed either by the front door on the porch, or by the back door which is open to a large, grassy lot.Inside, we have a very functional kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, crock pot, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic kitchen tools are provided.The apartment sleeps 6 adults, though we'd be happy to host more if at least two are children. Each bedroom has a comfortable 12" queen sized memory foam mattress, and there is an additional folding floor mattress. There is also a sound/white noise machine for anyone who needs it :)The living room is comfortable, with a smart TV and wifi available.
