i was upset but the problem was resolved and they offered me some complimentary when i visit again

Here's the advice if you'll stay in this hotel, make sure the lady in the reception likes you, because if she doesn't, she'll make sure that none of the hotel service will be delivered to you and make your stay like hell. I couldn't get connected to wifi because she refused to instruct us on how to connect , unless if i come down to the reception and declare my humility She refused my laundry to be delivered to my room before I come down to the reception and pay first (never trust the client as a slogan) Clearly, she didn't like my wife either. She hanged up every time my wife called to ask for any service before she said a word. You may wonder how she's still in her job with this attitude, well, life if full of mysteries! Other than that, everything is fine , just tolerate the team if they enter your room without knocking, or take the food from your table while you are still eating , or gazing at you with anger for asking for unnecessary things like tea. The nice and wise client relation manager was very kind. She told me to call her when I face any difficulties, but it wasn't feasible to call her 10 times a day. I truly wish her luck.

Terrible front desk service, location is roughly 40 minutes from central of where you want to go.

In itself a fine hotel, but for 5 stars I actually expect more. The bathroom is on the small side, no bath. Breakfast was fine, the omelette is an absolute must, quite a lot of choice, coffee/cappuccino below par just like the juices in the machine, very watery in taste. I did not use the Spa or swimming pool so no opinion about that. Location is on an industrial estate so not much entertainment in the immediate vicinity, if you want to see something you have to rely on transport. This part of the city is not suitable for walking, poorly maintained sidewalks, no pedestrian crossings and a lot of dust from speeding traffic.

The hotel is nice and clean but the air conditioning was very old and not what I wanted.

There is subway M9 next to it. Although it is a bit far from the attractions, public transportation is still quite convenient!

The hotel is a bit remote, in an industrial area, but the room is large, clean and the staff is friendly

There were ** knocking on the door at night! Not recommended to stay! The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad!
