A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is strategic—close to everywhere we needed to go, making our trip very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Every one of them was genuinely helpful. The breakfast staff were always smiling, which made each morning feel warm and welcoming. This hotel deserves more than just 5 stars. I highly recommend it and want to thank the entire team for their excellent service. Well done!

I would not recommend this hotel, as the basic amenities like providing water, coffee or just a water heater in the room were missing and they have very limited options for breakfast, it’s not worth paying €12.50 for just omelette and bread, and something they call cappuccino but there is no milk in it(they should have checked if their coffee machine is working fine). Not worth it, very disappointed.

Very nice, next to the train station and the bus stop to go anywhere. You get exactly what you pay for. Good quality for the price.

I had specifically asked for a room with two beds, as we would be 2 friends, a double room! We were in a group of 5 people. They were unable to reserve a room with two beds nor were they able to modify our reservation. What demonstrates greater incompetence was the fact that they assigned a “triple” room, with two beds and a sofa bed, to one person in our group who checked in a few minutes earlier and was alone…. Fortunately, as we were in a group, we were able to swap rooms between us! I cannot help but criticize the lack of concern and even incompetence of the staff who checked us in. I understood that there were no more rooms, since they were full, now I don't understand how within the group they allocate rooms in that way! A little ridiculous….

Hotel away from Porto, but well connected to the center so as not to take the vehicle. Free parking and a vtc bolt costs 7 euros to the city center. Around the hotel with places to eat and supermarkets.
