"The hotel is located in the very heart of the city, just minutes and up to several hundred meters away from the main landmarks. Service is very good - I rated it 4 because of several flaws, including not very good support with handling luggage and parking space that is not very convenient.
Rooms at the first floor are a bit too dark for my taste, but very well furnished in the stile of the building.
Breakfast at the hotel was good, but can be chosen from a list of about 10 choices only.
It’s a very good choice of stay in the city - I do recommend."

"The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. It's perfect if you don't like going out since they have a kitchen and refrigerator provided. However, there is no elevator, so it's better to request a ground-floor room if you have health problems that make it difficult to use the stairs."

"Family of three, we enjoyed our stay there for one night. The meals are so heavy that we could't finish it. Foods are so nice and staffs were friendly. Definitely will come back in the future."

TTOMOMITSUI stayed here for my wife's birthday.
It was a very quaint hotel with a museum attached, and I really enjoyed it.
It was clean, the service was good, and the hotel staff also celebrated my wife's birthday. The surprise cake was also really nice. I'm really glad I chose this hotel. I will definitely use it again next time.

GGuest UserI really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe Vegan Plaza Hotel is situated in the best location - at the beginning of Calle Chrisilogo street. It is convenient and easy to get around to any place from here. The kalesa (horse and carriage) and the tricycles are located right in front of the hotel. The fountain is a 7 min walk from here and an 8 min ride to the bus station. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anything that you requested was seen to immediately and with a smile. Breakfast was ok, there should be more variety. They provide in room massage which was great. They have 2 restaurants which provides a a variety of local dishes. Bathroom is little small in size, however, the shower was awesome. This is a very good hotel and I would certainly stay here again when I come to Vigan. Wonderful stay.

GGordsNice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences

FfishybloopRoom n place was clean but amenities was not complete, said they couldnt bring hairdryer from other rooms? There was no hot water until we asked receptionist about it for help. Telephone not working, wifi was worse than my data. Receptionist n team was really nice and sorry about the inconveniences tho. Room aircon was cold and the bed was comfy but the blanket kept coming off the blanket cover. Overall its okay to stay in but take note to bring your own hair dryer and if need help, have to walk to the receptionist for help.

I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!

JJenThe place is near the tourist spot. I like how they accommodate guests like us on a short notice. They are easy to approach. Clean room and aircon is working fine and the hot and cold water is functioning aswell. Toiletries are provided and even bottled water for free. Easy to access the main street if your looking for a midnight snack. There's also a nearby food chain and restaurant. The staff is not strict and very approachable. Quiet area and will definitely get the relaxation that you need during evening. Will definitely recommend this and might get back if we go again in Vigan

RraskolnikovDeomar is a definitely a good find. Price is really reasonable (though website price is not updated and I had to add a few bucks upon check in, which is negligible). Location is very good, which is just biking distance to the Heritage village, and yes, they lend visitors bikes free of use.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and notably quiet and relaxing. Staff are very nice and accomodating, too. Its a high five!
