"The room is large, with a swimming pool and a sea view. The hotel is very private, breakfast and dinner are kaiseki cuisine. Hotel service is very good, you can borrow a lot of things for free in the lobby. To go to the hotel, you need to take a taxi from the jr station, and a forest path is also very artistic."
"A traditional Japanese-style house. The indoor facilities are very old and have traces of history. The room is clean and tidy. The sand bath and hot spring are very good and comfortable. We booked a stay and two meals. The dinner was good, including beer, red wine, white wine and shochu. There is all you can drink, but the breakfast is relatively simple and not very tasty. The overall feeling is still very good, I would like to come again if I have the chance."
"I know that the hotel is old, but I didn't know it was so old! I have stayed in dozens of Japanese hot spring hotels. This should be the oldest one. The public area on the first floor is also very small. There is only a foot bathing pool. The bathing place is not special, but the room type booked is 50 square meters, which is quite large. , You can watch the sunrise in the room in the morning
Breakfast and dinner for one stay and two meals can only be given passing marks, it's too stingy"

"五星級服務,車泊在停車場已經有人走出黎幫你係車搬行李,入到門口要除鞋,有人幫你放好對鞋,有welcome drink 和式係抹茶加和菓子,西式係香檳同cookie
After the meal, someone introduced the hotel facilities, including hot sand for feet, and because there were stairs, someone helped carry the luggage up to the room. The room faces the sea view, which is great!
One room, two meals, breakfast and dinner in another room.
Food quality is good!
When I checked out, he would help me get the car to the door instead of driving on my own.
To sum up, the service is considerate. For three thousand dollars, you can find a sea view room with one bed and two meals.

"The hotel is located by the sea. The style of the hotel is older but clean and tidy. It is convenient to have free parking and self-driving. The staff are attentive and courteous. The room can look out to the sea. I chose one park for two meals. The hotel has hot springs and sand baths. For the sea, there were not many tourists in the hotel that day, but the Japanese traveled a lot in the country, and they could dominate the hot springs at night."

"The room is small in size and can accommodate only 3 people. There is no bathroom in the room. There is a large bath on the 5th floor and an open-air hot spring on the 1st floor. As a hot spring hotel, the facilities are relatively average. The sea view is nice and beautiful. The dinner is also quite good. But the service was average. I asked about the jr and bus back to Kagoshima-chuo the next day. The front desk didn't know clearly. I checked and told them, and then they arranged a car to take us to the bus station. The service was warm throughout the whole process, but the information was incomplete. , compared with Kirishima Onsen, the service is not attentive."
"One berth and two meals, dinner was very pleasant to us, the tableware was exquisite, and the service attitude was really good. Hot spring ♨️ is so comfortable and the space is so large. The layout of the room is very distinctive. I really like the terrace with panoramic sea view, so happy."

Amazing
LlinaReally couldn't be better. We booked a sea view room for 3 people with meals. When we went there, the boss saw that we were two adults and one child, and immediately thought of a way to refund the extra fee (1,500 yen for children). The typical Japanese hot spring hotel is very Japanese style. His house is just opposite the sand hall. It is very convenient to eat. The hotel has its own hot spring soup, one indoor, one outdoor, separate for men and women. The next morning we had to take the 8:08 train to leave. The station that the boss personally took us to was really warm and recommended. I personally think it is much better than Baishui Pavilion.
GGuest UserNice and comfortable resort; beautiful beach; first time experience hot sand bath in the hotel. Really enjoy.
We are very lucky to have a passionate Taiwan trainee at the reception to help us going around the resort as we don't speak any Japanese.
The breakfast buffet is delicious with many choice.
Definitely would like to visit again and spend more days there next trip
GGuest UserThe view is beautiful, it is close to the sand bath, there is a free amenity bar (limited to two items per person), the room is quite large, and the facilities are not new but clean. Open-air hot spring overlooking the sea. The breakfast tastes good, but the presentation is exquisite, with many side dishes and drinks to choose from. The hotel also has free coffee and detox water, which is recommended.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit far away from Ibusuki Station. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk. The scenery of the hotel is very good. There is a beach just opposite. It is very beautiful to see the sunrise in the morning. The private hot spring is so comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were okay, no surprises. There were some issues during check-in, but they were resolved smoothly in the end. Many thanks to the two front desk ladies who can speak Mandarin for helping us solve many communication problems. The overall feeling of the hotel is good and I will go again if I have the opportunity.
SStefanthe perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !
YYitiaodaochuyoudangdeyuNear the sand steaming hall, the station walked for ten minutes; I booked breakfast and dinner, the dishes were good! The only thing is that the pillow is too small and hard. Overall it is still very good.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel decoration is a bit old. The boss is a kind grandmother, the service is intimate and warm. The hotel is equipped with a large natural hot spring bathroom and the room is spacious and comfortable. Although the breakfast is not rich in variety, it is well-made and tastes quite good. In terms of location, the hotel is a certain distance from the sand steamed hot springs. There is also a distance from JR Ishiju Station to the hotel, but it is close to the port and it is more convenient to take a boat.
舒舒SHUIt is very suitable for couples and families to experience traditional Japanese architecture together. It can be seen from many details. The boss and the proprietress operate the homestay with care, and they respond enthusiastically to any questions. In addition, there will be snakes in the summer, but don't be afraid, because there are many cats here to win the cockroaches, super cool! There are buses that can be reached directly, and there are fewer shifts to pay attention to time. The hot springs in the hotel are gradually decreasing. If you don't mind, you can drive to the traditional hot spring bathhouse nearby for only 150 yen.
Mm_s05It is a little far from Ibusuki Station.
Guests staying at Kokoro no Yado can use the neighboring Kokoro no Yu baths as many times as they like, but the baths are open until 10pm, so I thought the bath times were shorter than at other hot spring inns.
There are a wide variety of baths, including a jacuzzi and sauna in the indoor bath, a tub bath, a bath where you can use a mud pack, and a carbonated spring where you can watch TV.
None of the baths were too hot, so I liked that I could take my time in them.
On the first day, I had dinner at the inn, and on the second day, I had dinner at the restaurant attached to Kokoro no Yu, and I was satisfied with both.
I recommend the Satsuma gozen and seafood bowl at the restaurant!!
The breakfast didn't change much even after staying for several nights, and only the grilled fish and small dishes changed a little, so I would have liked it if there had been a little more variety. The taste was delicious!
The price is very reasonable and you can enjoy a variety of baths, so I would like to stay here again when I come to Ibusuki.
Thank you!
RRomanGreat place. There is a nice cafe on the second floor. The sand springs are nearby. The room is tiny but cozy. There is a bathtub. It’s a classical Japanese styled room. There is water in the fridge. Also, if you need to buy something, there is a drug store nearby.
If you decide whether to stay there or not hope it helps. The only disadvantage is that you need to walk around 20 min from the station.
