We stayed at the hotel around 4:00 pm and arranged for me to get the first room bathroom to be blocked, resulting in leaking shower room, large water in the bathroom, the staff could not repair it, and after repeated negotiations, I changed to the next room, but this room phone malfunctioned, the staff could not repair it again, It took a long time. We were hungry, tired and cold. We changed to a room opposite. At this time, it was around 6:00 pm. We couldn't stay normally for about two hours. It was cold, hungry and in a bad mood. In short, the stay experience was too bad! This should not be the case of a four-star hotel! Good place: breakfast variety, speciality, good quality!
