The hotel is very clean, good facilities. Breakfast is normal with specialties such as banh bot loc and bun bo. The staff is enthusiastic, carrying luggage for guests to the room 👍

Attentive and lovely staff, especially the restaurant lady who did everything to make us feel comfortable and meet our needs despite the room being packed with groups. The hotel is mainly booked by groups of around fifty people, so don't expect an intimate stay. Comfortable room but poor internet.

The good things about this hotel are the air conditioning works well, beds were comfortable and the location is very good. The bad things are lukewarm water temperature for showers, website has not been updates so no restaurant except breakfast and no bar, the pool and gym were not very clean, and worst of all it is noisy. Our room had a view of the pedestrian street and the crowd noise and music booming until late made it difficult to fall asleep. We are split on the breakfast food. My friend prefers western food for breakfast and that consisted of white bread, eggs and fruit. I on the other hand loved trying some of the Asian fare. The soup in particular was outstanding. I would not recommend this hotel
