Very nice surprise as contrary to some reviews, the hotel was very modern, clean and spacious. Stayed for a night for easy access to Kunming Train Station. It was about a 15 min walk away? Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location for us to stay after late nights arrival from kunming train station. Hotel is within walkable distance from train station and easily spotted. Dislike： hair dryer is mounted to wall near basin, no way to sit while drying hair.

Just 5-7mins walk from the train station (north plaza exit). Lots of street food vendor on the way even late at night so you won’t be hungry. There are convenience stores just below the hotel so it’s very accessible. We did a last minute booking because the other hotel cancelled on us and they were super quick to respond. Hotel was spacious and clean - super value for its price. The TV was also huge and there’s a cute postcard for guest. Will recommend for quick no fuss stays.

Very good location and Excellent services

Stayed for a night. There is currently construction next door - hence can be noisy early in the morning. Also although it's a non-smoking hotel, there was smell of smoke in the morning (I wish the hotel can reinforce the non-smoking rule strongly as it is very unhealthy to others as the smell/smoke gets into the air vents and into the room). Reception also had difficulty processing my check in (as was using a foreign passport and it seems that the staff is not trained in that aspect - hence took a long time). Having said that they were pro-active in activating the wifi access for me (as I do not have a local phone number). I think if the non-smoking rule is heavily enforced and the construction is completed - i would consider staying here again if the price is right, due to its proximity to the railway station.

I usually stay at the All Seasons when I go out. This time, I chose the All Seasons Railway Station Hotel because I was going from Kunming to Dali. It is very close to the railway station and the North Square is just across the road. The environment, hygiene, and service are as stable as always. The rice noodles cooked by the aunt in the buffet restaurant are delicious, and there are many seasonings to choose from. It is very lively outside the hotel, with a row of small shops, and it is convenient to buy things.

The front desk is very good and professional. The room meets the standards of the All Seasons Hotel. It is worry-free and has a good location. It is just a short walk from the station. There is also a parking lot. I just added a picture to get some points.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can see the entrance to the north square of Kunming Station on the left side of the door. It takes five or six minutes to walk to the station. Since the high-speed train is early in the morning, the hotel also took out a takeaway box to pack breakfast, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast is also rich. The room is clean and tidy, but the deluxe twin room on the second floor does not have good lighting. It is mainly for sound insulation, so the window does not face the street, but it can be ventilated. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. The room layout is very good, with a 1.5-meter twin bed, comfortable bedding, and a clean and tidy room. The decoration style of the whole season is the same, giving people a warm feeling. The service of the staff is very warm and thoughtful, which is very good.

The location is excellent and very convenient. Although it is next to Kunming Station, the noise is low and has no effect on sleep!

When I go to each city, I will choose the Four Seasons Hotel first. The facilities and services are very stable and the price-performance ratio is very high. The Kunming North Square store we stayed in this time is very close to Kunming Station. It only takes 3 minutes to walk with luggage. As a transit station to Dali, the Four Seasons Hotel is the best choice. There are also delicious rice noodles and Hangzhou steamed buns around. The children like to eat in the hotel. It is also very convenient to order takeout. We ordered small pot rice noodles and barbecue, and they tasted good.
