The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, as it is close to all the public transport, which is easily accessible from there. The hotel provided towels and bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, however the basic items like toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, shower cap, etc. you had to buy yourself. The breakfast was was sub standard, didn’t cater for foreigners. They could have added more than just the one fruit, yogurt, some pastries instead of just sweet bread.

Modern hotel, nice decor, plenty of facilities (extra charge required), poor service. Swimming pool, sauna, gym all require additional charge or are only included with premium rooms and above. The facilities are great and gym is of a commercial level. Hotel staff were not very welcoming and rather depressed.
Even though the hotel is in the city center, it's not really near any of the main spots you'd want to check out. We ended up taking a 30-minute taxi ride every day just to see the sights, which was a bit of a hassle.

Of all the hotels we've stayed at so far during our 1.5 month trip across Asia this one had by far the best view 😍 – so if given the chance make sure to book a high floor room with ocean view… here it's really worth it! We were also satisfied with the other aspects of our room, especially how comfortable the bed was.
The only mild annoyance were the elevators which were always crowded, given that there were only 3 of them for 30+ floors.

I had a wonderful stay at Grab the Ocean. Although I opted for the city view room, I was treated to a glimpse of the beautiful beach from my window.
The service at the hotel was truly top-notch. The staff were friendly and that made it easy for me to be comfortable and enjoy every moments.
I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely mouth-watering! The menu offered a great selection of options, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional. The staff members? they served me so well. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable.
Overall, I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Busan. The combination of great service, delicious food, and stunning views makes it truly an unbeatable choice!

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was just across the Busan Station 1 and walking distance to most establishments. Though the room including the toilet&bath is small, it is complete with amenities (like Japanese style). Hot and cold showers, bathtub, hair blower, water heater for coffee and tea, slippers, small vault for valuables. They provided toiletries and pajamas (just collect at the lobby area). Note: toothbrush and toothpaste not included. No cabinet but can place your luggage under the bed. Free breakfast. No microwave inside the room but at the lobby area where you can have water, coffee and tea from the vending machine. They have a laundry area too so you cannot bring much clothes. The only downside for me is that, check-in time is at 4pm and check-out at 10am, so better adjust and manage your timing. You can leave your luggage at the reception area if you arrive so early. So far, I had a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing sleep during my stay. Cleanliness was never questionable. I look forward to staying here again.

The location was very convenient just next to the subway station, easy to go around. It’s near the tourist area, the beach and night market just walking distance and many restaurants to choose from. The best location if you are planning to join the tour as the meeting place is just downstairs of the building. Highly recommended😊

This is an apartment style hotel with an equipped kitchenette, about 10 mins walk from Busan KTX, and near Jung-Ang metro station. Hotel has pretty complete facilities with a cafe and convenience store in the ground floor. The room was minimalist but comfortable, with a view of the Busan harbour. The front desk staff is friendly and conversant in English. As compared to areas such as Seomyeon or Haeundae, you will find that this is a quieter side of town, but if you look closely can find nice gukbap and Milmyeon as well as the ”40-Steps” attraction.

PPxyyI had a wonderful stay at Ocean to Heaven Hotel & Spa, which is just a short walk from Jagalchi Market, one of Busan's most famous landmarks. The hotel’s location is perfect if you're interested in exploring the bustling fish market and nearby attractions like BIFF Square and Gukje Market.
+ Proximity to Attractions: It's in a prime location for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the local culture, especially the seafood scene. Jagalchi Market is right nearby, and you can easily access other spots in the Nampo-dong area.
+ Ocean Views: Even though it’s close to the market, the hotel offers stunning views of the harbor and the surrounding coastline. The sea-facing rooms are a highlight — waking up to the view of the port was such a relaxing experience.
+ Modern Spa Facilities: The spa services are one of the key draws for this hotel. After a day of exploring the city, I loved indulging in the wellness treatments, which were perfect for unwinding. The atmosphere inside the hotel feels luxurious and calm, a contrast to the hustle and bustle outside.

MMisleedWe had a 3 night stay with our large family of 6 (2 Adults and 4 Kids) at Hotel Ground27, Nampo. We did read other reviews prior to booking about the luggage storage locker fees so we made sure to plan our arrival closer to check in time. We were allowed to check in earlier at 3pm which worked out great for the kids after taking the KTX from Seoul, it's only 2 stations away from Busan station. The location is great, central, loads of food options nearby and is super easy for public transport buses and trains and the room is so large, clean, comfortable and modern. The kids voted this as their favourite hotel stay in Korea out of the 4 hotels we'd been to.
The staff and the house keeping staff are so lovely and had great attention to detail. They were so kind to our kids and looked out for them.
If you do need to do laundry the cost is 10,000 KRW this includes laundry detergent and fabric softener for the dryer as well. Bonus is the washing machines are really large and can handle up to 11kg load compared to the standard ones we found in most hotels. They ask you to start laundry by 8pm as reception closes at 11pm. Laundry is located on Lvl 7 with reception. The staff were kind enough to leave the laundry room open for me as the dryer took a half hour longer than the staffing time and asked me to close the lights and door when I was done. There are laundry baskets to carry your laundry back to your room.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back and would recommend Hotel Ground27 to others.

CChrisThis is the most American hotel I’ve been to outside of America. By this I mean that they’ll cut an exponential amount of corners to cut costs. Small rooms, small towels, no free toothbrushes/toothpaste, lackluster wifi, no smart toilet, old TV, denied request for free late checkout. Lobby has a warehouse atmosphere.
On the other hand this property has some strengths. You can’t beat the location, down near the end of the main Hyundae Beach street. The bathtub was big. Staff spoke excellent English.
Overall I feel let down by this space and I’d recommend checking out other options before settling here

YYUNGTIThe hotel is easy to find, about two intersections away from the MRT station (not far). The room is spacious, the bathroom and bathtub are also large, and what is surprising is the hairdressing products! The staff were very considerate during our stay and tried their best to meet the needs of the guests (the room was a little far from the elevator). They only gave one large towel for two people and four small towels (if anyone needs it, you can tell the front desk). You can store your luggage in advance and after check-out, and the space on the top floor is also very comfortable!

There are so many fantastic restaurants nearby, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. I stayed on the 38th floor, and waking up to the stunning sea view was one of the best experiences. Busan is beautiful, and the weather during my stay was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better trip!

QQueena LaiThis is a treasure accommodation. Although it is an old hotel, it has been newly renovated. The price for a two-bed (a pair and a single) room is very cost-effective. You can also get a 10gb eSIM for less than NT$200 per week. The uncle at the counter is very kind and friendly. He said that he has a bow The room was noisy and the quiet room did not have a view. My mother and I were asked to choose room 1 from the 2 rooms. We were given room cards to go upstairs to see the room before choosing. We chose a room with a view. The equipment looked newer and we could keep up with the situation. I borrowed an electrical adapter at the counter. There is a bus stop at the door, which is very convenient. It is also very close to Busanjin Station to take the subway. I stayed for four nights and it was cleaned every day. However, the bed covers were not replaced. Except for the water in the toilet, I had to wait for almost ten minutes. It took a while to get hot water, which is rare. There are many restaurants in nearby alleys. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last night.

Aaehwa0613The Nampo Hound Hotel is a decent 3 star hotel with kind service at a decent price. The bathroom was on the 4 star side, with a nice rain shower and separate bath. The bed was comfortable to me, an American traveler. Being that I visited in winter, and have yet to go to a hotel in Asia where you can change the temperature, I liked the ability to open a window for fresh air and a break from constant heat. The housekeeper was quite nice, and gave me water, as I opted not to have my room cleaned during my three days there. If you are a light sleeper that goes to bed early, I did have a little trouble on my second night, but it was the last night of a holiday weekend. Mnet helped to drown it out. They do have Netflix, Disney+ and something else if you have your login…and can read Korean. There are amazing restaurants and shops, centrally located near BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Convenient to get to Gamcheon via short bus ride. I took both the subway and bus with luggage with no trouble (use Naver maps), other than overpacking. There are elevators for the subway, so that was the method I liked better for going to and from Busan Station. I didn’t eat the breakfast. Toiletries were decent quality, as was the hairdryer. My view of Busan Tower was decent. What I didn’t like: the room a little dusty, but only noticeable due to the sunlight, the slippers (for the bedroom and bathroom) aren’t disposable and there aren’t any USB outlets, which can be difficult depending on your converter situation. Oh! And the sink is quite big, so makeup application or needing to view your skin closely isn’t the easiest. I would recommend to friends.

The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.
