I had a * rice with Tosa Jiro for breakfast. The service of the staff 々 was not formal, and it was a good distance feeling, and it was good.

However, during our stay, we did not feel that there was too much inconvenience in this hotel, because the shopkeepers and service staff here were very warm, generous, meticulous and thoughtful. Their high-quality services made us feel the comfort and warmth of the hotel, and we All our problems were solved in detail by them, and we are very satisfied with the service here. I suggest that you drive yourself and stay at this hotel because there are no bus stops near the hotel, so it may be difficult to use public transportation. However, if you ask the service industry, they will definitely enthusiastically recommend you some travel routes to facilitate your visit. The only regret is that there is no hot spring in the hotel, otherwise we would definitely be able to take a bath there comfortably. The climb up the hill to Anjuan is worth the effort as this is one of the most pleasant places I have stayed at in Kochi Prefecture. From afar the hotel looks rather unimpressive. When you arrive, however, you realize they have done an amazing job turning a somewhat drab concrete structure into a cozy and welcoming Japanese style inn. If you are ok with sleeping on tatami mat floors on futons, the Japanese style rooms are lovely and the communal bath is a real treat after a day of sightseeing. The food at Anjuan is really quite something and beautifully presented. I am vegetarian and multi-course evening meal was absolutely delicious and compared very well with my colleague’s meat and fish course. The Japanese breakfast was also excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive and the many small courtesies on display that explain the ways of the Japanese inn to the uninitiated in English are all very welcome.
