AAnonymous UserA great experience, great room with a view, panoramic view of the lakeside lake, and you can also see the Ferris wheel and cable car on the side. As soon as you get up to the check-in floor, you will be filled with tatami fragrance. If you can't go to the hot spring public pool to soak in the soup and you can make an appointment for a semi-open-air family style, all of them are top-notch enjoyment ～ hotel service staff are quite considerate and thoughtful. The dining experience is also very good, the space for the box is exclusive, the meals are all seafood and seasonal dishes in the local yuan, delicious and exquisite to the Tianling Gai ⋯ Have the opportunity to stay again!

First off, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. The room was spacious, and I loved the dimly lit lounge area before entering both the indoor and outdoor hot springs. Plus, the hotel boasts a pool with lake views! 👍 The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and as a vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious options. The Vegetarian Lasagna was particularly good! To top it off, the hotel lobby on the ground floor even offered complimentary drinks and snacks for three hours during certain periods – what a pleasant surprise!
More importantly, the hotel is located on the shores of Lake Hamana in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture. It's a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. As someone who enjoys morning runs, the lakeside trail was perfect for jogging. The serene and beautiful lake views in the morning, coupled with the fresh air, made it an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. 👍
I definitely plan on staying here for a few days every year! 🌹🌹🌹 Thank you, Trip.com, for helping me discover this wonderful hotel!

XXiaoxiaoNot on weekends, the hot spring street is very deserted, the room facilities are old, but the scenery is very good, the Japanese tatami is required, but the two single beds are put together, it is very inconvenient, but the open-air hot spring on the top is still great.
