"This hotel is conveniently located just a 1-2 minute walk from the south exit of Hamamatsu Station.
There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, including the famous Hamamatsu gyoza restaurant, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat.
You can enjoy coffee or tea as a welcome drink.
There is also a smoking room in the lobby.
The room seems to have been recently renovated, and the unit bath was clean. The water pressure in the shower was good, and warm water came out quickly.
However, the interior of the room's walls was peeling in places and there were large scratches, so it felt a little old.
The amenities were the type that you had to take yourself in the lobby.
There were body towels, shavers, brushes, cotton swabs, etc., but there was no lotion or facial cleanser, so you would need to bring your own.
Pajamas are available in the room.
Toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided in the unit bath.
If you're just staying for a night, this hotel is a good choice for the price! The front desk staff were also polite."

"Close to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous."

"The hotel is located in an average location. Parking spaces are quickly filled. Parking in the surrounding area is expensive and you have to walk a little further.
The whole place is clean and tidy. The hardware is new and clean. The service attitude is very good. The room has a good sense of space.

"I was going to a live show so I was looking for a hotel close to the station and found this one.
They were able to leave my carry-on baggage even before check-in and I was able to rest in chairs in the lobby, which was a very helpful service for a live show on a rainy day.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"I loved the cleanliness of the place; it's incredibly spacious for a capsule hotel, which really impressed me. The shower area is clean and stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner. I received bread and coffee for breakfast. The only downside was that I wasn't aware there was no parking, so I had difficulty getting there and had to park in nearby paid lots. The location is excellent; there are convenience stores, a market, and the hotel is situated within a building that houses restaurants and cafes."

"At the time of reception, I had to change my room due to circumstances, but the staff treated me with courtesy and I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. The breakfast buffet included hitsumabushi, and there were many things that children could eat, which was very good. The view of Hamamatsu Castle from the room was also amazing."

The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay.
The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving.
For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location."

"The access from the station was good and I had a comfortable stay. It was a plan without meals, but the breakfast buffet was added later. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products. The room key was a normal key type, but there was no problem. Although free Wi-Fi is flying, I couldn't find the guide, so I checked with the front desk and there was no particular password. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were the type to replenish the equipment, so recently, there are troublesome customers who mix various things, so I used what I brought. I hesitated to use the slippers because they are not disposable, they are made of mesh material, and they don't feel like they can be wiped off easily. Guidance in the room and at the front desk is minimal, but if you ask, they will respond properly, so I don't think there will be any particular problems."

There are several large shopping malls nearby, which are convenient for shopping and have many restaurant options.

GGuest UserThe welcome drink was not only soft drinks, but also a variety of options from draft beer to sake, which was very satisfying. The location overlooking Hamamatsu Station, which sparkles at night, was also good. In addition to the bath in the room, there was also a bath area, so I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue. The women's bath was secure and safe. The front desk staff were also very kind and pleasant, and it was a hotel I would definitely like to use again.

It is thoroughly cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were very comfortable and I felt like I was at a resort. We also recommend taking a bath in the morning and taking a walk along the beach in front of the hotel.

LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.

Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast.
There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.

GGuest UserIt was convenient because you can get there from Hamamatsu Station without having to cross a major road. I used it this time for a live performance trip, and arrived at Hamamatsu Station around noon. It was very helpful that they could store my luggage before check-in and deliver it to my room.
It's a bit of a walk to the convenience store, so if you're coming from the station, it might be a good idea to do your shopping there first.
The front desk staff were very polite and helpful at all times.
I get hot easily, so it was hard for me to adjust the air conditioning, and even at the lowest setting of the three levels, I felt that the temperature was a little high.
