Bifengxia Yunshang Tingshui B&B

It's very comfortable, warm and photogenic here. The room is large and has floor-to-ceiling windows. It's very comfortable to sit on the balcony. You can lie on a chair with your friends, chatting while watching the scenery. It's so cozy! There are also mahjong machines to play ⌓‿⌓ My two stupid friends even started fighting, hahaha! There are many small designs in the room, you never know what style of room you will encounter around the next corner! Pineapple Dog is super well-behaved and smart. When he looks at us, his eyes are so clear and beautiful that people can't help but rub them. If you have nothing to do in the afternoon, you can also go tea picking. It’s my first time experiencing it, and it turns out that tea picking requires so much effort! Anyway, it was a great first time to hang out with friends (˃ ⌑ ˂ഃ ), and they all gave it a thumbs up!! Come on, come on, come on!

The room opens the curtains to the blue sky of the distant mountains, so beautiful! The food at the homestay is delicious! Soup pot, Chinese food, pasta are all good! I have stayed at the B&B these days on May Day, and I have a leisurely stroll in the Tibetan stockade every day. After shopping, I have returned to the bubble hot spring in the room. It is very pleasant. The children and the Bianmu of the B&B became good friends, and they played together every day and had a great time.

CLOUD·LAKE RESORT HOTEL

The cost of commuting almost equaled the accommodation fee. After entering the mountain, the road frequently had collapsing sections and was very narrow. After leaving Shimian County, we often encountered muddy roads that had been dug up. At 7km from the hotel, the road narrowed to allow only one car to pass, and at 3.8km, half the road had collapsed, making it extremely dangerous. Closer to the hotel, road conditions improved, but there were livestock blocking the path everywhere and droppings all over the place. The mountain roads had many sharp turns, but the guardrails had been destroyed by rolling rocks and were not maintained. I usually don't get car sick, but this time I really did. **Hygiene:** A lot of wood was used to build the housing, such as balconies, entrance steps, the pier, the fire pit bar, and the hot springs. However, there were many insects, so every crevice was full of unknown bugs. The toiletries and bedding were in good hygienic condition. **Environment:** I was attracted by the hotel's宣传, and after repeatedly checking review photos and related notes, I finally decided to travel here with my wife. However, what we saw upon arrival were signs of what could only be described as dereliction. The metal on the main gate was severely corroded, half of the golden hotel name had even been chipped off, the entrance was completely blocked by debris, and no security guard was in sight. The gate groaned as it opened, as if I wasn't coming for a vacation but for an adventure in an ancient castle. The description of 'lush greenery by the shore' was completely unrelated; the lakeside only had countless weeds and uneven, unidentifiable vegetation. Perhaps fishermen would like such an environment, but I saw a mess full of camping traces with no place to step, and thick vegetation that would snag you if you passed by, so I reluctantly left. Who would have thought that people once barbecued, ate, and drank by this shore, or that countless couples tied the knot here? The road around the lake hadn't been maintained for a long time and was covered in livestock droppings. If anyone maintained this road, it must be the flies and butterflies. The streetlights were corroded and pushed up by plants growing from underground; the road surface was covered by vegetation, hiding any past traces. Even the gaps in the hot spring wooden boards were filled with black, unknown grime, which made my wife and I give up on the idea of soaking in the hot springs. The chapel in the water had discolored in parts from exposure to wind and sun, and people were renovating it from morning till night during our two-day stay. **Dining:** Only beef hotpot and lamb hotpot were available, priced at 380 per pot. Having read the reviews, I chose not to eat them. For breakfast, I selected noodles, dessert, watermelon, and milk. My review is that even my own cooking is better than this. The chef was very attentive; when we found an insect in the noodles, they immediately made us a new bowl. The restaurant's decor was also very thoughtful, but there were no signs of maintenance. The exterior wall had been scratched with large metallic marks, presumably by unruly children or something else. However, the menu was clearly not very thoughtful, though perhaps it once offered a rich variety of food. **Overall:** Perhaps I came at the wrong time, or maybe it was indeed great when it first opened, but for reasons I cannot ascertain, this is how the hotel appeared before my eyes. In fact, my wife and I initially wanted to have a destination wedding here, but we gave up on that idea after witnessing the deplorable state of the place. It's very exquisitely designed, achieving quite impressive results with limited resources, so much so that even in its current state, the photo opportunities are still good. A small stream that used to wind from the mountains through the sea-view rooms and into the lake is now dried up. The fire pit bar still has piled firewood, and the central stove still bears witness to people gathering around the fire to eat and laugh joyfully at dusk, but now there's only metal eroded by moss, and insects crawling out of the wood to patrol their territory. Perhaps it's precisely because of limited resources that maintenance is impossible. I was truly touched by the remaining hotel staff who are still striving to operate, but my beautiful dream has truly been shattered.

Nestled deep in the mountains, the hotel boasts a beautiful and tranquil environment, making it a rare find to find such a high-quality hotel in such a remote location. The hotel's hot springs and swimming pool offered an excellent experience, and a variety of complimentary drinks were thoughtfully provided for enjoying while soaking in the hot springs and swimming. The grounds are incredibly photogenic. While taking pictures, we met Ms. Chen Jiayu, a staff member who was warm and attentive. She proactively showed us popular photo spots and even helped us take photos and videos. Her service was exceptional, creating a wonderful atmosphere and enhancing our overall experience. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here.

Deeply impressed by the beauty and environment of Yunshang Xuxi! From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I was attracted by the heavy wooden gate and the simple architectural style. Red lanterns were dotted with it, and the taste of the year blended with Zen. The room type we stayed in has a private family courtyard, floor-to-ceiling glass windows introduce the sun into the room, sitting on a lounge chair in the yard, the Cangshan green trees in front of you, the birds and insects in the ear, really do zero distance from nature. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the air is fresh. Whether it is to watch the mountain fog in the morning or bask in the sun in the afternoon, it is very pleasant. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, the hardware facilities are perfect, and it is a great place to wash your lungs and relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountains.

The hotel is located next to the Sichuan Mining Memory Museum, and it has a retro industrial style that I love. I especially recommend going up to the observation deck for a panoramic view of the Dadu River, the spiral intersection of the Ya'an-Xichang Expressway and the Luzhou-Shilin Expressway – it's truly spectacular. The private hot spring rooms are a great experience. The rooms on the first floor have a sizable courtyard, and the separation between rooms and between floors is excellent, ensuring exceptional privacy. It's perfect for families or those who enjoy hot springs, and I highly recommend this hotel.

This trip completely exceeded my expectations! I initially only booked one night, but I was so captivated by the hotel's ambiance and scenery that I ended up staying an extra night! It's incredibly peaceful in the mountains, and the butler and staff are all very kind and attentive. The three meals served at the hotel are not only beautiful and exquisite but also delicious! A trip here is truly a refreshing experience for both mind and body. Highly recommended!

Completely exceeded expectations. The room was very cozy, with meticulous attention to detail. The private hot spring in the room was exceptionally satisfying; the pure, natural water and refreshing fragrance made for a very relaxing bath. There were many activities throughout the day, making it a very fulfilling day. I participated in making sachets, impromptu activities, exploring the village, and singing karaoke – all quite fun! The food was exquisite and delicious. Everyone in the village was incredibly friendly and helpful; you could feel their genuine happiness. I plan to come back in July or August. Highly recommended!

Awesome beyond expectations! The name of Cao Yan Shui Wei She is very consistent with the B&B. Surrounded by tea mountains and shrouded in clouds, it makes people feel as if they have stepped into another world. 👍The B&B facilities are also great. The bathing pool is very suitable for children to play together, and there is also a kitchen that can be used. , pots, pans and condiments are all available👍The last thing I have to mention is the butler service, which is considerate and meticulous while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay again!
