"Service: Excellent, butler responded very quickly. Environment: Located in Shangli Ancient Town, very close by, and convenient for dining. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a major concern. The carpet was very dirty; it didn't seem to be washed after each guest. Given the frequent rain in Ya'an, the carpet was even dirtier. The hotel towels had stains. Facilities: The cheesecake served in the hot tub was ice-cold and very hard, looking like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It's recommended to prepare this in advance. When we went in October, the hotel was no longer providing access to the swimming pool (in rooms and public areas). I wonder if there are any alternatives for guests arriving during this period."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I'm writing a positive review. Location: It's not in the busiest area, but it's only one or two streets away. The building is simply a hotel, with virtually no other businesses. Considering the convenient transportation and quiet environment, it feels perfectly suitable for accommodation. Environment: The decor is quite new, with a simple and elegant style. The cleanliness was excellent, and I didn't notice any hygiene issues. The layout is well-designed. The shower head has separate temperature and volume controls, and there's a table for sitting. The toilet and bathroom sink are three separate units, each without interfering with the other. Amenities: I read reviews about the slippers before booking, and upon arrival, the room was not provided with disposable slippers by default, but disposable slippers were available. The disposable slippers were high-quality, with thick soles. Small items like the toothbrush and comb were also of good quality. My only complaint was the old model of the hair dryer, which uses a low-speed dryer. If this could be improved, I'd get a perfect score. Service: Overall, the front desk was very responsive, 24 hours a day, and even room service was always available after I called after 5:00 AM. Since we left at 6 o'clock in the morning and missed the breakfast, the hotel provided us with a road early, which was slightly delayed and we urged them several times. However, the waiter who provided the food later also apologized and helped us to the car. His attitude was very good."
