"I was eating nearby and didn't want to drive home late, so I just booked this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so great! Right after I booked, someone from the staff called to ask if I was driving and guided me to the parking lot. They were so patient and thoughtful. Check-in was polite and enthusiastic. I didn't try the freshly ground coffee, afraid it would keep me up, but the black tea was delicious, and the surprise was that it was kept warm all the time. On a cold winter day, a cup of black tea in the lobby really warms the heart 🥰. After checking in, there was even someone to escort me to the elevator. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was plentiful and at a good temperature. The minimalist room style, coupled with the picturesque bay window, is perfect for enjoying the night view. Since I didn't book breakfast, fearing I wouldn't wake up in time, I won't comment on it. I'll definitely try it next time I visit."

"Traveling during the off-season, the owner was very generous and upgraded my room. The room was fully equipped, and the lighting was bright. It was indeed very cold in the mountains during winter, and the air conditioning took a while to heat up. When we left, they even helped us find a taxi because we couldn't get one. It's very close to the visitor center, which is very convenient. Many of the amenities were disposable, which felt more hygienic."

The service was okay, though only one person assisted us from check-in to check-out. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, and parking and EV charging were very convenient. The only downside is that dining is inconvenient; you have to drive out as there are almost no dining options at the hotel itself."

They even prepared a wide range of emergency medicines and supplies, which clearly shows how thoughtful and caring the owner is. Plus, they surprised us with complimentary fruits and snacks. The food was fantastic too; the home-style dishes were incredibly delicious, and the breakfast spread was very generous, leaving us fully satisfied. This stay offered incredible value for money!"

"Considering the hotel wouldn't open until 2024, we specifically chose this one among several. We were deeply disappointed. After driving to the lobby entrance and unloading our luggage, we drove to the parking lot, but the signage back to the lobby wasn't clear. We checked in at the front desk, where the lobby manager was. She said there were only rooms on the ground floor. I'm very sensitive to the cold, so I asked if there was a way to move upstairs, where it wouldn't be as cold. The receptionist said there might be a room upstairs, but she immediately made a face and said, "No, there's one over there." For a manager with such poor standards, I was speechless. Upon arriving in the room, we immediately turned on the air conditioner, but it didn't heat up for over three hours. We had to call for a heater. The hot water in the bathroom took a long time to come out. I travel frequently for business, but I've never encountered a hotel with such poor management and service in years."

"We went to Mengding Mountain Tea Garden to see the flowers 🌸, but couldn't find accommodation as evening approached! So we decided to go to Shangli Ancient Town on a whim and chose this hotel on Ctrip, and we were pleasantly surprised! We arrived around 8 pm, and originally booked a four-person room for five people. The receptionist, seeing our situation, immediately and proactively upgraded us to a six-person room free of charge – so thoughtful! 👍 The service throughout was very warm and attentive, and the staff were all very friendly, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. [The only downside was the hotel breakfast; besides porridge and noodles 🍜, a little bit of steamed sweet potato, small steamed buns, and only one side dish – pickled mustard greens], I hope they can improve that. 😝 Next time I visit Mengding Mountain Ancient Town, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!"
