We had an exceptional stay — truly an 11/10 experience. The environment was serene and beautifully kept, making it easy to relax and feel at peace throughout our stay. The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and easygoing, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming. A special highlight was the food, organic, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared using ingredients grown by the owners themselves. It had such a unique, wholesome taste that you simply can’t find outside. We would absolutely come back just for the meals alone. The location is also very convenient, with two major attractions nearby and just a short walk away to大地指纹, yet the space itself remains quiet and tranquil. Overall, a truly memorable stay. My only regret is not staying longer. Highly recommended!!!

The white hotel with modern design is located in the middle of a green tea garden. It is very quiet and quiet. You absolutely must visit Niubei Mountain at least once in your life. I experienced some altitude sickness on my first day, but the facilities at the inn were excellent, including professional oxygen therapy. An hour of oxygen therapy helped, and afterwards, I simply waited comfortably for the weather to clear. Opening the curtains revealed Mount Gongga. The housekeeper, Sister Taozi, was incredibly helpful and attentive. In short, you absolutely must come!

Hygiene: Every place in the hotel is very clean. The cleaning lady (local) enthusiastically helped us clean the hot spring pool again. Service: Shili Fangfei is creating high-end cultural tourism, but I don’t know what the concept and positioning of the service is? In addition to the professional and smiling service in the restaurant, many other questions are answered one by one, without emotion and warmth, and the overall sense is biased. (The lady who made sachets with the children was very gentle) When I checked into the hotel, I encountered parking problems. I called the hotel three times in a row but no one answered. WeChat was also busy... A small accident in the playground; the child's finger was scratched in less than two minutes after entering the playground. Later, it was found that there was also a wound on the leg. The staff was called in for disinfection in time. After that, except for asking on WeChat and saying that they would investigate, there was no formal apology and no follow-up... The hotel's handling method and attitude are inevitably disappointing.

Having learned that Sichuan Investment Group is developing a hot spring health resort town in Shimian, and based on my understanding of the Sichuan Investment Group and Howard Johnson brands, I decided to visit during the spring season. Environment: The hotel is located in Caoke Township. The weather was sunny that day, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by mountains on three sides, and the air is fresh. Facilities: The rooms have underfloor heating, air conditioning, and private hot springs. The hotel is equipped with a hot spring center (public pools of different temperatures, a children's ball pit, billiards, claw machines, board games, and a cinema), a restaurant, outdoor hot spring pools, an outdoor children's play area, and a courtyard filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers. Dining: Breakfast is served by reservation and à la carte. Although the selection is limited, the portions are decent. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at the hotel restaurant. We ordered a hot pot, which was plentiful and had plenty of dipping sauces. Road Conditions: After passing through the Ya'an-Xichang Expressway and the Luzhou-Shimian Expressway, there is an unlit tunnel on the way up the mountain. The road inside the tunnel is uneven, and construction trucks speed by, so extra caution is required. Service: Average (later learned that Sichuan Investment Group might be fully responsible for operations). Shortcomings: 1. The hotel opened for trial operation in November 2025, and the smell of renovation in the rooms was still noticeable. This may be due to factors such as the quality of the materials and construction, but also the lack of ventilation. The reason for the lack of daily ventilation is the absence of window screens; once the windows are opened, mosquitoes will enter. According to staff, they are currently in the process of purchasing window screens (perhaps these weren't considered in the design). 2. The private hot spring courtyard is spacious with a sunshade, and the control panel is easy to operate, but it lacks control over the water flow. When the water is dispensed, the spring water splashes everywhere, requiring extra caution to avoid getting wet or scalded. Windows must also be closed to prevent water from splashing onto the sofa and floor. 3. The floor tiles around the private hot spring pool had a large amount of what appeared to be moss. While the mountain area is humid, was sufficient consideration given to the material selection? The large amount of what appeared to be moss combined with the splashing spring water poses a significant safety hazard. 4. The second-floor rest area of ​​the hot spring center is spacious and bright with many facilities, but the smell of new paint is still quite noticeable and requires a considerable amount of time to ventilate. Also, the claw machine releases the claw before moving the prize, perhaps to give guests the sensation of grabbing the prize. Overall, the hotel has a quiet environment and complete facilities, but lacks attention to detail. Considering factors such as distance, price, and comfort, there are actually better options available. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its shortcomings and continuously enhance its facilities to attract more guests.

Service: Excellent, butler responded very quickly. Environment: Located in Shangli Ancient Town, very close by, and convenient for dining. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a major concern. The carpet was very dirty; it didn't seem to be washed after each guest. Given the frequent rain in Ya'an, the carpet was even dirtier. The hotel towels had stains. Facilities: The cheesecake served in the hot tub was ice-cold and very hard, looking like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It's recommended to prepare this in advance. When we went in October, the hotel was no longer providing access to the swimming pool (in rooms and public areas). I wonder if there are any alternatives for guests arriving during this period.

Breakfast is more skimmed, there is nothing to eat, the white water eggs are boiled for a long time, and the yolks are black.
