This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The service and hygiene are very good. The room is large, the facilities are well-equipped, the front desk staff is very warm, very friendly and the hotel lobby has free fitness facilities. The children are also very happy to play table tennis. Free breakfast, The extra number of people is free to give to the children. The children are very happy to hear that there is an outdoor hot spring at night. You can experience it. It is very good and cost-effective.

I came to Ruili for the first time, I really like this quiet town! There is a fair-skinned young lady at the front desk of the hotel. The accent should be Zhejiang. Today is New Year's Eve. Compared with the people we live in, she still has to stick to her job and can't go home for the New Year. Thank you to this little girl, and the voice is hard! The cleaning staff on the 8th floor of Block B is a gentle Burmese girl, and the kind eyes make people pity. New Year's Eve, the hotel sent a small candy 🍬, I received the warm heart!

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, and I appreciated the courteous service from the Level 3 staff at the hot spring facility. Following my initial feedback about an employee interaction, the hotel management promptly contacted me to address the matter.
After investigation, they clarified that the staff member belonged to the accounting department (not guest services) and wasn't required to assist guests, though her uniform resembled front desk attire. I suggested differentiating uniforms for non-service staff to avoid future misunderstandings, which the hotel acknowledged.
I'm very satisfied with their proactive response and commitment to improving guest experiences.

The hotel parking lot can be directly connected to the room underground, and the service staff is well-trained and positive. Unfortunately, the location is very inconvenient for eating and shopping! There is also a laundry room that really has to complain. Such a big hotel has a washing machine! We stayed for two nights and came back to wash our clothes every day. We could not line up after 12 o'clock. It was really not good to go out and go to bed early. The hotel bathtub is good. Can you soak in the hot springs? Is it more assured if you have a bottle of disinfectant? There are also paper towels, floor towels and toilet pads for the second night. It’s too careless.

1. The elevator does not need to swipe the card, you can enter and exit at will, the takeaway staff goes directly upstairs, there is a safety hazard, the result is that someone knocked on the door in the early morning, and knocked twice, and the door did not have a cat eye.
2. Although it has its own hot spring, the pool feels not cleaned, the pool wall is dirty, and it took 3 minutes to leave.

There are three Yunnan chain places to eat in the complex, Dehongfu eats peacock banquet, Grandma tastes Yunnan cuisine, and there is a fungus hot pot, so eating is very convenient! The hotel is clean and hygienic, there is coffee and bar on the first floor, the room has hot springs, very satisfied with a reservation!

Every detail demonstrates quality and style. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. They helped me check in and introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding travel tips, which made me feel at home instantly. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and impeccable hygiene. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right hardness, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep every night. Intelligent devices also add a lot of convenience.
The hotel's dining service is also excellent. The breakfast is rich and varied, not only delicious but also very fresh. Especially the local snacks, which restore the authentic flavor and make people linger on the taste.
During the entire stay, the service attitude of the hotel staff always maintained a high standard. Whether it was the cleaning staff or the security staff, they would actively smile and greet the guests when they saw them, and respond to the needs in a timely and considerate manner.
