The environment is very good, the surrounding environment is also good, the location is good, the room facilities are well-equipped, and the free parking lot is super convenient. Maybe there is no stay for a long time, the ground, bay windows, and the desktop are gray, but the waiter cleaned it the next day. And the bathroom door of my room cannot be closed. The overall situation is better and worth recommending.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They even provided information on nearby attractions, subway transfer tips, and a list of local delicacies, thoughtfully sharing off-the-beaten-path experiences to avoid crowds, making trip planning much easier. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin, making me sleep like I was nestled in a cloud. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely isolating me from the city noise outside, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night.
The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and the bathroom tiles were spotless. The smart toilet, heated shower, and other amenities were complete and easy to use. The toiletries had a gentle herbal scent, far exceeding the quality of hotels in the same price range. The gym equipment in the public areas was well-maintained, and the laundry room had a dryer, which was especially convenient for long-distance travelers.
The hotel also has a private hot spring bath! The hot water in the rooms is from the hot spring!

The location is quiet and sleeps at night. The fragrance in the lobby and public areas is quite advanced
The shower water pressure is large and the hot water is fast. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the pillow also provides two choices of soft and hard. The quality of sleep is very high and the hygiene is very clean. The cup has no water stains and fingerprints. The carpet looked very clean, and I didn't feel lame or gray when I stepped on it barefoot.
The whole experience is full, this hotel is introduced by a friend. The facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and warm, and the staff also helps to wash the clothes, especially intimate. Very close to the scenic spot!

GGuest UserWhen researching, everyone said a day trip to Ruili was enough, but I really wanted to see the sunset over the Phnom Penh Buddha Temple, so I booked an overnight stay in Ruili. The accommodation experience was unexpectedly good: the room was very clean, the environment was just like the photos, there was no unpleasant smell, and the TV and curtains were even voice-controlled. It was also very close to Fortune Plaza, within walking distance, and also within walking distance of Ruili's live crabs and bus route 786. I was extremely satisfied with this accommodation and would recommend it to friends visiting Ruili.

Every corner of the room is spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, there is no smell, and it is particularly assured to live. The space is spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable, the lighting is good, the blackout curtains are good, the night is quiet, and I sleep until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is fast, water pressure is stable, facilities are maintained in place, the details are full, and the living experience is super comfortable.

The room decor was very stylish. I packed light for this trip, and the hotel proactively washed my clothes and delivered them to my room – the laundry service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel has a spacious parking lot, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, my experience was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

Although it is in the city center, it is very quiet. The third room has a washing machine refrigerator and a disposable bath towel. The fourth front desk is warm and the attitude is very good. To say that the disadvantage is that the sanitary condition is general, the corners are not cleaned up very seriously, I don't know if it is the reason for the pet-friendly room, the sofa is tattered, and there are many stains on the wall.
