This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From stepping into the hotel to checking out, every step was incredibly pleasant. First and foremost, a huge shout-out to the front desk service! ✨ When checking in, the receptionist readily agreed to my request for a late check-out, which I thought would be a hassle. ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ The room was bright and airy, with a cozy yet practical layout. The soft, large bed made me never want to get out, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom area was spotless and tidy, with all necessary toiletries provided. The glass partitions offered both openness and privacy, and the floors and corners were impeccably clean, demonstrating the housekeeping staff's dedication. The vanity area was also thoughtfully arranged, with a mirror and soft lighting for easy grooming, and ample storage space for personal belongings. The public areas were equally clean and refreshing, with neatly arranged slippers and a quiet, uncluttered atmosphere, completely free of the unpleasant odors and clutter often found in hotels. From the attentive front desk service and the convenient late check-out to the clean and comfortable rooms, every detail reflects the hotel's dedication and sincerity. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice! I've already added this hotel to my must-stay list, and I'll definitely choose it again next time. I also sincerely recommend it to all my friends!

I chose this place for its proximity to a park. My 8th floor room opened onto the roof top terrace, which I appreciated. There is a handy grocery shop next door, that sells chilled beer. The size of the room is not bad, it is quiet, the waiter's attitude is also very good, the morning is also very good, the health is OK, there is a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor, I don't know how long, there is a large stain on the wall, I don't know what it is, I wiped it off with a wet tissue, Sticking to the wall makes people uncomfortable. Maybe there is no stay for a long time, the ground, bay windows, and the desktop are gray, but the waiter cleaned it the next day. And the bathroom door of my room cannot be closed. The overall situation is better and worth recommending.

Upon check-in, we received a brochure detailing nearby attractions, which was a nice touch for out-of-town guests. We had to clean the air conditioning filter ourselves upon entering the room. The bedding was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan, however, was not working. We reported it to the front desk before heading out, but it remained unfixed when we returned that evening, and we received no follow-up. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to press the issue. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and has its own parking lot.

This hotel was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The shower was stylish and very clean with the shower separate from the toilet. The location was good with parking and shops and a pharmacy nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us during our stay. The reception area was clean and tidy too. There is also a laundry room in case you need to wash clothes for no extra charge.

This wonderful little hostel is run out of a local family's home. The owner, Shiqi is a passionate traveler herself and loves to show visitors around her city. She personally took me to several interesting areas and hole in the wall restaurants to try local specialties, and helped me with every part of my trip from planning day trips to buying bus tickets. The hostel is centrally located. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms are extremely clean and well equipped - toiletries, mosquito repellent, earplugs are all available for free. The roof is accessible and has a beautiful view of the city. Shiqi and her family grow tomatoes and tropical fruits up there and were very happy to share! I had a great time in Ruili thanks to Shiqi and her family's hospitality and kindness. Making dumplings on the roof with her and other travelers is one of my favorite memories of traveling in China. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area, particularly solo travelers - you will come away with a great impression of Ruili and new friends.

Although the decoration of the hotel is a bit old, it gives people a very retro feeling. The front desk service is also very good. I also upgraded the room type for free. The room is spacious and clean. I stayed for 3 days. It is very convenient to go out and take a taxi.

This hotel is a nice place for all kinds of traveler! Price is not high. So many varieties of foods can be found near the hotel. It’s a nice place for Marketing tourism as it borders with Myanmar. And you can see the varieties of culture as it is a home for so many ethnic nationalities here.Desk service, room service, breakfast etc. are all good. 👍

Great hotel, really clean, coffee machine in foyer, the owner is really helpful and booked taxis for me to get around. At the other end of the street (5 minute walk) is a restaurant stall area with lots of choices of places to eat. Definitely recommend staying here if in Ruili.
