"Staying in Ruili on New Year's Eve, the hotel prepared a New Year's snack package for the guests, which was very warm. Early in the morning, because there were too many guests, the service did not keep up. The hot spring and the room are not in the same building, so I didn't try it. But next time a friend goes to Ruili, I will recommend it."

"We booked a family suite, and the room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating all our needs. The amenities were fantastic too, including a shuttle service to the hot springs and billiards and ping-pong tables for guests to enjoy. Room service was prompt and efficient, always quick to respond. Parking was both convenient and secure, with vigilant security staff on duty day and night. The breakfast spread was also generous and varied. The location is excellent; you can easily explore plenty of shops and attractions just by walking north or south along the road outside. It truly feels like a peaceful haven right in the middle of everything! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Ruili."

"Choosing this hotel for our motorbike trip was absolutely the best decision! The hygiene standards are incredibly high; even the towels in the room came individually packaged. Every detail in the room was impeccably maintained, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom were neatly arranged, making our stay incredibly reassuring. When the staff saw us arrive on motorbikes, they guided us to a dedicated parking spot and even provided free washing tools. They really understand the needs of fellow riders! The facilities are new, the air conditioning in the room quickly cooled or heated, and there's a mini-fridge for chilled drinks – perfect for a refreshing sip after a ride. The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient, and the surrounding roads are great for biking. My favorite part was the pool; the greenery and sun umbrellas by the poolside created an amazing atmosphere, perfect for magazine-worthy photos. After a long day, soaking in the hot spring was truly relaxing. The hotel manager is also a motorcycle enthusiast, and we chatted with him extensively about the joys of our journey. He even helped us plan our riding routes. We made new friends during our stay, which was incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. If we ever get the chance, I'll definitely ride back to Ruili with my friends to experience this hotel again and catch up with my new friend, the manager."

"My first time staying at an Ibis hotel was completely beyond my expectations! The hotel looks ordinary from the outside, but once inside, it's a revelation! The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and behind the lobby, besides the breakfast restaurant, there's a large rooftop with stunning views. It was a delightful place to chat with friends over tea after dinner! It was an excellent stay and I was very happy! "This hotel was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The shower was stylish and very clean with the shower separate from the toilet. The location was good with parking and shops and a pharmacy nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us during our stay. The reception area was clean and tidy too. There is also a laundry room in case you need to wash clothes for no extra charge."

Her service was incredibly warm and attentive, her demeanor gentle and patient, and she was very efficient and responsible. I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and Jialin discovered them immediately and proactively contacted me. She even carefully packed them up and arranged for them to be couriered back to me. Her thoughtfulness and reliability throughout the process made me feel incredibly reassured and warm.
