"Staying in Ruili on New Year's Eve, the hotel prepared a New Year's snack package for the guests, which was very warm. Early in the morning, because there were too many guests, the service did not keep up. The hot spring and the room are not in the same building, so I didn't try it. But next time a friend goes to Ruili, I will recommend it."

"The hotel boasts a convenient location, and parking in the plaza directly in front is quite easy, especially for those driving. Room rates are reasonable and include a buffet breakfast. However, a downside is that with a high number of guests, the two elevators are quite slow, resulting in significant waiting times. I had booked the room for two consecutive nights, but on the second day, my room card stopped working. I had to go all the way back down, enduring another long elevator wait, just to get my card re-activated at the front desk. Furthermore, the tap water was slightly yellowish and of poor quality. When I requested two extra bottles of water from the front desk, I was informed there would be a 4 yuan charge, which felt a bit petty. Despite these shortcomings, overall, I was still quite satisfied with my stay."

The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient, and the surrounding roads are great for biking. My favorite part was the pool; the greenery and sun umbrellas by the poolside created an amazing atmosphere, perfect for magazine-worthy photos. After a long day, soaking in the hot spring was truly relaxing. The hotel manager is also a motorcycle enthusiast, and we chatted with him extensively about the joys of our journey. He even helped us plan our riding routes. We made new friends during our stay, which was incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. If we ever get the chance, I'll definitely ride back to Ruili with my friends to experience this hotel again and catch up with my new friend, the manager."

There's a cockroach in the room. It's not the hotel's fault, because the cockroaches are everywhere in the world. I sprayed pesticides to defend myself and killed many of them every day. The front desk staff at the hotel seems to be not very accustomed to the response of foreigners. I can't buy a bus ticket online because I don't have a Chinese phone number. When I asked the hotel staff what to do, they answered, ”Call the bus company and ask yourself” or ”If the bus doesn't work, go by taxi.”"
