"Staying in Ruili on New Year's Eve, the hotel prepared a New Year's snack package for the guests, which was very warm. Early in the morning, because there were too many guests, the service did not keep up. The hot spring and the room are not in the same building, so I didn't try it. But next time a friend goes to Ruili, I will recommend it."

"I was extremely satisfied with the hotel room. It was spotlessly clean and well-designed, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep. My room on a higher floor offered a fantastic view. The soundproofing was also excellent. The hotel is ideally located very close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient to visit tourist attractions. A huge plus was the complimentary 24-hour self-service laundry room, equipped with dryers, which was incredibly convenient. The free and spacious parking lot was another great bonus. I highly recommend staying here."

"Choosing this hotel for our motorbike trip was absolutely the best decision! The hygiene standards are incredibly high; even the towels in the room came individually packaged. Every detail in the room was impeccably maintained, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom were neatly arranged, making our stay incredibly reassuring. When the staff saw us arrive on motorbikes, they guided us to a dedicated parking spot and even provided free washing tools. They really understand the needs of fellow riders! The facilities are new, the air conditioning in the room quickly cooled or heated, and there's a mini-fridge for chilled drinks – perfect for a refreshing sip after a ride. The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient, and the surrounding roads are great for biking. My favorite part was the pool; the greenery and sun umbrellas by the poolside created an amazing atmosphere, perfect for magazine-worthy photos. After a long day, soaking in the hot spring was truly relaxing. The hotel manager is also a motorcycle enthusiast, and we chatted with him extensively about the joys of our journey. He even helped us plan our riding routes. We made new friends during our stay, which was incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. If we ever get the chance, I'll definitely ride back to Ruili with my friends to experience this hotel again and catch up with my new friend, the manager."

"My first time staying at an Ibis hotel was completely beyond my expectations! The hotel looks ordinary from the outside, but once inside, it's a revelation! The manager personally prepared hand-ground coffee, and since I often brew my own at home, I could tell immediately that the beans weren't cheap—probably a medium-dark roast Geisha or something similar.
