This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Ruili. The facilities are truly high-end, and the service was impeccable. They offer a very spacious private parking lot, and the breakfast spread was incredibly extensive. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, providing meticulous and attentive service. All my travel companions, especially the seniors, were thoroughly satisfied and happy. Absolutely a five-star experience!

The hotel is rich to have such employees. Disadvantages: The front desk management is not good at handling problems. The room smells strong, and the hair dryer and bath towel are placed in an unreasonable position. There is no regulation on the opening hours of the public hot springs. After 12 o'clock in the evening, the children are very noisy in the hot springs, and there is no way to rest at all.

The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped by a warm and cheerful Christmas atmosphere. My child absolutely loved it, saying they didn't want to go anywhere else. The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to transportation and a pleasant environment with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and activities. The staff are incredibly attentive, and the rooms are very comfortable. Upstairs, guests can find a compact self-service laundry room and a gym. They even have an on-site Halal buffet restaurant! Highly recommended!
