The room is clean and affordable. The breakfast is a bit simple, but it is no problem to eat full. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which seems to be a children's version. I gave up.

An elderly couple from Beijing stayed at your hotel for 10 nights.
The lobby, room, restaurant (catering) service was warm and friendly.
I especially liked the spacious room and the large glass window with a good view. The best thing was that I could enjoy the pressure-free mattress and pillow. The room was cleaned well. The restaurant was comfortable to eat in, the ingredients were fresh, and I liked the waiter who was responsible for cooking rice noodles and shredded rice, and his service attitude was superb.

I came to Ruili for the first time, I really like this quiet town! There is a fair-skinned young lady at the front desk of the hotel. The accent should be Zhejiang. Today is New Year's Eve. Compared with the people we live in, she still has to stick to her job and can't go home for the New Year. Thank you to this little girl, and the voice is hard! The cleaning staff on the 8th floor of Block B is a gentle Burmese girl, and the kind eyes make people pity. New Year's Eve, the hotel sent a small candy 🍬, I received the warm heart!

The location is very good, but the room is small. Due to the layout, it feels a bit smaller than the usual hotel standard rooms. The room was very retro. Because it rained on the day of check-in and there was a big tree in front of it, the room felt a bit dark and damp, and the furniture in the room was a bit old.
The toilet feels small because it is separated from the shower room. The shower room is okay, but the space behind the toilet is really small when it's closed, and you can hit the glass door when you stand up.
Breakfast is a set meal and will be delivered to the room. It is nutritionally balanced but small in quantity.
Unlike what is written in the app, there is no laundry room here, only laundry can be delivered outside.
The environment is good, but there are big trees in front of it, so there is no sunlight during the day.

After investigation, they clarified that the staff member belonged to the accounting department (not guest services) and wasn't required to assist guests, though her uniform resembled front desk attire. I suggested differentiating uniforms for non-service staff to avoid future misunderstandings, which the hotel acknowledged.
I'm very satisfied with their proactive response and commitment to improving guest experiences.
