Hot Springs Hotels in Huizhou

This hotel experience was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations! They upgraded my room for free, and the service was excellent; they were always there to help when I needed it. Upon arrival, there was fresh fruit, and they even arranged for a hearth tea ceremony according to my schedule. The environment was also wonderful! There's a large lawn and mountains behind the hotel, very spacious! I had pre-booked the hot spring pool with customer service, so I could just fill it up and soak in it – it was clean and comfortable! They even made me some tea for free when I wasn't feeling well! I was truly extremely satisfied with this hotel experience! Highly recommended! I will definitely go back for my next vacation!

The room is incredibly spacious and comfortable, making for a delightful stay. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade from the owner, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. It was my first experience with disposable bath and hand towels, which added an extra layer of hygiene that I truly appreciated. The room's interior and the surrounding area are beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese style, contributing to a serene atmosphere. Additionally, there's a waterfall nearby, which serves for great photos. When it comes to dining options, there are several restaurants within a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant located downstairs. If you're up for a little more exploration, simply take a left at the entrance and walk a bit further to discover a vibrant night market near the university. This market is filled with a variety of delicious snacks at very reasonable prices, making it a great option for a cost-effective meal.

I originally booked a garden-view king room, but upon arrival, I was upgraded to a mountain-view hot spring king room. The room had a minimalist white style, very bright, and the facilities weren't old at all. Overall, it was quite clean and hygienic. Being on the first floor was very convenient for the kids to go swimming (the water park was just a few steps outside the door). The only slight inconvenience was getting to the lobby or the restaurant from this room, as this floor only serviced elevators 5 and 6, which made it a bit of a roundabout trip. There's a shallow swimming pool (around 1 meter deep) that's perfect for kids 👶🏻, along with two smaller splash areas with slides 🛝, and a deeper infinity pool. Plenty of clean towels and tea/water refills were available everywhere. The hotel also has a small indoor ball pit, a small outdoor sandy area, and an arcade (the hotel provided 60 complimentary tokens). They also gave us vouchers for a boat ride and bicycle rental. During the summer, you could even play games to accumulate points for small gifts. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style at the Western restaurant. The variety was quite comprehensive, with sushi, sashimi, hot and cold dishes, and seafood – plenty to choose from. The beef slices and dendrobium soup were pretty good. For breakfast, there was congee, noodles, and rice. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. My butler, Youpi, who helped me with check-in, was very attentive and patient, explaining everything in detail and handling issues promptly.

Thanks to the front desk, we got a free upgrade during the off-season. The room had an amazing view, basically over 270 degrees of ocean. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities include a beach, hot springs, a kids' splash area, a swimming pool, and even cliffs and rocks for scenic views – more than enough for a two-day, one-night stay. Regarding the room, everything worked perfectly. The shower pressure was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of waves made for a great night's sleep. We also received complimentary welcome fruits. The view allowed us to see the very long coastline of Shuangyue Bay perfectly. The room also had a minibar and a small fridge. As for the service, I needed to freeze breast milk, and both the front desk and concierge responded efficiently, and the process was very smooth. Other online concierges also enthusiastically asked if I needed anything, and their responses were very prompt. The breakfast buffet caters to everyone, from seniors to children, with both Chinese and Western options. I think it's quite good for a five-star hotel breakfast. The only minor drawbacks were that the sand on the beach was a bit coarse, which could be uncomfortable when walking in the surf or playing in the sand. While the interior decor might make the hotel appear a bit dated due to the material choices, the lighting throughout the hotel is specially designed and looks beautiful at night.

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

This B&B stay was incredibly comfortable! As soon as I walked in, the low-saturation decor immediately appealed to my aesthetic. The warm brown walls paired with light gray sofas were simple yet sophisticated, and the fresh fruit on the table was a lovely touch – definitely a bonus for attention to detail. The biggest surprise was the private hot spring! Soaking in the tub, I could look up and see a small terrace enclosed by bamboo screens, complete with rattan chairs and lush greenery. The vibe was absolutely perfect for escaping and relaxing 🌿. While out for a walk, I even spotted two little chickens strolling around, surrounded by endless greenery. It felt like even the air was sweet!

We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

A special thanks to Dora at the front desk for helping with the upgrade. The Hilton Huizhou Longmen Resort offers a quieter environment. The room packages now include many more amenities than before. I only found out upon arrival that they no longer cooperate with Fuli Wellness Valley. If soaking in hot springs is your main priority, this might not be the best choice as there are limited hot spring options downstairs. It's mostly swimming pools, with a focus on private pools.

The five-star hot springs, located within a national 4A-rated scenic area, truly live up to their reputation. There are 172 hot spring pools built into the mountainside, and the silicic acid fluoride ”beauty soup” leaves your skin wonderfully smooth. The hotel is conveniently located just 1-1.5 hours' drive from major Pearl River Delta cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen, making it super accessible for a weekend getaway.

The service during the ***** New Year was really bad. I couldn't get through to room service at all. On the fifth day of the New Year, I didn't get my room until after 4 PM, and it hadn't even been fully cleaned yet. When I booked, it said there would be welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. I mentioned it to the front desk twice, and each time they said they'd send it right over, but it never arrived. My child got a scrape, and I asked for iodine, and they said they'd send it right over, but it still hadn't arrived by the time we checked out the next day. Then, when I was leaving the next day, I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms, and they all had welcome candies, but I didn't get anything when I checked in yesterday. So, I feel the service is truly indescribable and really reflects poorly on their reputation. However, if you're coming for the hot springs, they are excellent. There are many pools, so it's not crowded at all, and the water is very clean. I only came here for the abundant hot spring pools, but the service attitude left me utterly speechless.
