This hotel experience is very good! Exceeded my expectations! I upgraded the room for free, and the service is also very good, can give a certain help when you need it. After arriving, there are fresh fruits and you will arrange tea in the stove according to your time. The environment is also very good! There is a large lawn behind the hotel, and there are mountains, very open! The hot spring pool is booked with customer service in advance, and you can go to the water, clean and comfortable! And I can make some tea for free when I am uncomfortable! I am really satisfied with this hotel experience! highly recommended! I'll definitely go back on vacation!

The check-in experience was very good, the service was very good, the owner recommended lawn entertainment during the day, and soaking in natural hot springs at night. It's really comfortable to take a walk in such an air environment😌

Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay. Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant. I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view. Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially. The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point ! With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou.

We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade from the owner, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. It was my first experience with disposable bath and hand towels, which added an extra layer of hygiene that I truly appreciated. The room's interior and the surrounding area are beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese style, contributing to a serene atmosphere. Additionally, there's a waterfall nearby, which serves for great photos. When it comes to dining options, there are several restaurants within a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant located downstairs. If you're up for a little more exploration, simply take a left at the entrance and walk a bit further to discover a vibrant night market near the university. This market is filled with a variety of delicious snacks at very reasonable prices, making it a great option for a cost-effective meal.

I came on a business trip and stayed in the most cost-effective apartment hotel. It was clean and hygienic, the surrounding environment was very good, and it was convenient to go to the hot springs. Because of work needs, I stayed decisively for several days.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved dinner. The convenient location close to major attraction. Clean air, hot springs and swimming pools with spa massage is awesome. The hotel rooms are clean, cozy, the cuisine is delicious. The hotel staff helped me in many ways. Thank you very much to the hotel managers - Ms. Merry, Ms. Cindy and friendly Mr. Junberry. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We will definitely come again!

The room is very good, the window is facing the opposite square, you can see fireworks during the New Year, and the New Year is also about 100 yuan, very affordable, although the hot spring is outdoor, but unlimited times, and all rooms use a pool, privacy is quite high, cost-effective! ! One bad thing is that there is a mirror in the room that will be on the bed. The back is covered with two bottles of water pressure. The cloth decorated on the bed is better. I hope it can be removed later.
