Hotel Review: A Wonderful Stay at SYYF Li River Courtyard Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at SYYF Li River Courtyard Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room—spotless and well-maintained, it felt welcoming and comfortable. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Nestled in a vibrant area, it’s just a short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local scene. Whether you're looking for a cozy café or a lively nightlife spot, everything is within easy reach. One of the standout features of my stay was the hotel restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with an emphasis on local cuisine that truly showcased the flavors of the region. The beautiful views from the restaurant added an extra layer of enjoyment to each meal, making it a truly memorable dining experience. Additionally, my room offered stunning views as well, allowing me to wake up to breathtaking scenery each morning. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches provided by the hotel, such as complimentary tea upon arrival. It was a lovely way to unwind after a long journey. The amenities in the room were also impressive, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. Their fresh breakfast was so enjoyable, made from fresh ingredients and also allowing us tourist to enjoy local foods and they were all delicious! We received cute keychains as gifts for my boys and they loved ut. So thoughtful of them. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful experience.

Travelled from Hong Kong with my family through the 3-hour HSR ride to Guilin. This hotel pleasantly surprised me by its breakfast buffet first of all! 😋😋 Stir fried tender green pepper with pork was my favorite, followed by the freshly made, authentic Guilin rice noodles, which I had three bowls of! The location is unmatched inside the quiet walking area directly facing the Sun Moon towers and close to all major scenic sights. 🐘🌄🏞️ Great for a morning jog along the two river four lakes area ( I followed a route recommended on Strava ) in the midst of the city’s unique ubiquitous osmanthus flower fragrance ( “Gui Hua”). 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ Can talk to hotel concierge via WeChat and most times the cute Hotel robot will deliver stuff to us to help out quickly. Such a beautiful weekend I spent here and think I’ll come here again ~~

Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I would recommend to friends and family. If there was one thing to improve, I think smoking and non smoking rooms should be completely separated - the hallways were filled with the smell of cigarettes and it also filled my room but otherwise, I would stay here again.

We love that the hotel looks new and clean. It's worth it for the price we paid, as compared to other hotels that we stayed in. The hotel staff are very helpful and warm. They were also able to provide a baby cot which was very necessary for us. We loved the children's play area and the beautiful swimming pool view at level 9!

This is a truly special place! Located in the middle of a park the hotel feels like it is in a rain forest. Staff is super helpful and friendly and they would always happy to shuttle you between hotel and park entrance with a golf cart. We however preferred walking and enjoying the tranquility. There was a Chinese lantern festival on and we were lucky to experience the dry run without any other people around 🤩 The property and rooms are mega charming. Not super modern, but well kept and suit the overall style perfectly. We were lucky to receive an upgrade and loved the room. To the point we would actually book it straight on a next occasion. Breakfast was fine and made a good start to the day.

The room is comfortable. I like the log style. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It is suitable for bringing children and the elderly. It is clean and hygienic. The service attitude is very good and very friendly. I will come back next time I have a chance. Convenient parking. The experience is very good!

Located in a small courtyard by the Li River, there are not many rooms, but each room has a different decoration style. Every corner of the B&B is so elegantly decorated. It is not only a place to rest during the journey, but also an artistic place. Small world. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I smelled a subtle aroma. It was a very natural and special aroma. It was said that it was prepared by the owner of the B&B who returned from France and was also a professional perfumer. I couldn't help but bring another bottle. The fragrance goes back. Recommended to those who pursue quality and sentiment. In addition, the spiced milk tea freshly prepared by the butler is so delicious that I really want to take it away.

Very nice hotel with a great location and excellent service. I visited Guilin for 3 nights together with my girlfriend. We had a room with river view and a (huge) bathtub overlooking the river. Even though most staff didn't speak English they went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The service, from booking the river ferry to helping with food ordering was absolutely stellar. WeChat correspondence with one of the reception staff (Yao Xiaoting) allowed for convenient conversation despite the language barrier. The room itself is really beautiful and the almost jacuzzi sized bathtub was a great feature. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is top of the line. And all that for a really good price. One of the best stays I've experienced in China, I can't recommend it enough!

I was traveling with my 75-year-old mother and I applied to the hotel to upgrade to a king-size bed room with a better view. The hotel housekeeper arranged for the room to be on the highest 6th floor. The room overlooks the mountain peaks and overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. When we checked in, it was nearly 17 o'clock in the afternoon. There were no other guests at the front desk. The front desk staff neglected to introduce us to the operating hours of the dining hall in the store. After we washed and tidied up, it was almost 20 o'clock in the evening. We asked what was in the dining hall. When we asked for the menu, we were told that the chef would get off work at 20pm. As a result, we had to give up and go to the restaurant for dinner. Then we asked when the evening desserts would be served? The front desk staff quickly apologized on WeChat for neglecting to introduce the service details, and sent two extra desserts on the first night. The service staff in red clothes in the guest rooms always have friendly smiles on their faces, which makes people feel comfortable. They also proactively tell us that they can contact us at any time if they have any other service requirements. Because my flight was late on the day of departure, I specifically requested a late check-out at 16:00 from the hotel front desk so that my mother and I could have a good rest. The front desk housekeeper agreed after applying. Thank you! The outdoor pool is amazing! The scenery is as shown in the picture. There are lifeguards at various points outside. On one side is the blue sky and white clouds, and on the other side is the rainbow hanging high in the dark clouds. Swimming outdoors and admiring the natural scenery is really memorable. Does it seem that the swimming pools of small budget hotels in Guilin are open to the public? Children and parents can be seen everywhere during the summer vacation, which breaks the quiet feeling enjoyed by the residents. The room is large and equipped with a floor-standing clothes drying rack and an ironing machine, which is very convenient. The downside is that the shower room is small, and it is inconvenient to turn around to take a shower. There is no body lotion, but it is ok and does not affect my overall recommendation for this hotel! Personally, I think it is a hotel worth choosing. It is the only way to go out of the city to the Longji Rice Terraces. It only takes 30 minutes to drive to Liangjiang Airport without traffic jams. All in all, it was a worthwhile trip to choose this small hotel, thank you!
