The room was excellent, and the owner provided great service. I especially loved the room's lighting control; I could turn off the overhead lights while lying down and using my phone. It was very clean, and surprisingly, it even had nail clippers and a curling iron! There's also a washing machine and microwave outside. The projector comes with a built-in membership, so you can watch anything you like—I'm very satisfied! The location is absolutely perfect, just a two-step walk to the West Market, and the hotel was very easy to find.

This guesthouse is incredibly unique and thoughtful. After experiencing the chaotic management and pre-packaged fruit for breakfast at Wanda Westin on our trip from Shanghai to Changbai Mountain, my expectations for this guesthouse weren't very high. However, Guan Zhi ultimately made our Changbai Mountain trip perfect. From the thoughtful communication and guidance before check-in to the seamless and attentive pick-up/drop-off service, every staff member showed immense enthusiasm and a strong sense of ownership. Even the young ladies helped us with our luggage. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with snacks and a variety of beverages. The hot spring dip in the courtyard after dinner, along with the fragrant and sweet roasted sweet potatoes, made our children fall in love with this guesthouse. They even thought Guan Zhi was a more upscale hotel than the Westin. Guan Zhi's breakfast was a true highlight in terms of quality. Whether it was the fruit, homemade shredded chicken, prawns, or their own braised beef, beef noodles, and soup rice, everything captured the taste buds of our family of four. My eldest daughter, who is usually very picky about breakfast, even had two servings of beef noodles the next morning. On New Year's Eve after dinner, we joined the New Year's Eve feast organized by the owner. We and a few other guests enjoyed the owner's 25-year-old baijiu. The sweet baijiu brought together friends from all corners of the country, allowing us to spend a comfortable and relaxed New Year's Eve. The owner and their team are dedicated to building Guan Zhi into a warm and influential brand. With such dedication and full commitment, I believe Guan Zhi and the owner will go a long way. Perhaps it was fate, but on our only full day exploring the North Slope, we were lucky enough to catch the only time Tianchi (Heaven Lake) was open in two weeks, making us among the chosen few to witness its beauty. A fantastic stay, highly recommended! This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations. From the environment to the service, it was impeccable. I was immediately struck by the room's ambiance upon entering. The overall design was minimalist yet sophisticated, with beige walls and high-quality curtains. The natural light was exceptional—the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows let in abundant sunlight, making the room bright even during the day without needing artificial light. The view of the city through the windows was incredibly expansive. The room's furnishings were also thoughtfully arranged, with details like a projector screen and dressing table. The space was spacious and tidy, without a trace of clutter, instantly creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The soft, large bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out. The clean, pure white bedding was soft and breathable, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The underfloor heating worked perfectly, maintaining a warm temperature even in winter. The furnishings were thoughtfully designed, making me feel completely at home and relaxed. The towels and bath towels were all disposable, and their cleanliness and comfort were impeccable. What's most noteworthy is the service attitude. From initial inquiries during booking to any needs after check-in, the staff responded exceptionally promptly. Before check-in, they patiently explained the location and check-in process, and thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, this stay was perfect. The environment was great, the accommodations were comfortable, and the service was incredibly heartwarming. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!

Wonderful room! Nice girl who explained everything (we are Russian speakers and did not understand how to check in, we wrote to her on trip.com and she met us near the hotel, showed us everything), convenient location (10 minutes walk to the shopping street), clean, bright room. Good soundproofing, great view from the window, not noisy near the hotel. I highly recommend.

This hotel was an amazing experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. The location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation and great food options nearby. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

The room was spotless and clean, equipped with smart home features throughout, including a smart toilet. The shower water temperature was consistently stable, and it comfortably accommodated three people – truly excellent! Disposable bath towels, toiletries, and even toilet seat covers were all thoughtfully provided. The landlady was very welcoming, recommending delicious food and fun places to visit. The only downside was that it was hard to book during the National Day holiday, so it's best to reserve in advance, and you might even get a better price.

The location is convenient, the room is simple, clean, and bright, the bed is very comfortable, and the service is attentive. There was no unpleasant odor, and there was plenty of hot water. I'm very satisfied.

The Wanda Shopping Mall was right in front, making shopping convenient. I was worried because Chinese accommodations often smell like cigarettes, but it was clean and odor-free, which was satisfying. Transportation was convenient, and the night market was just a short walk away. It was definitely a good value for the money. However, the cleaning staff knew the password. It could have been my own carelessness, but I did lose some cash. So, if you're careful about that, it was a great place to stay. 👍🏻 The soundproofing was good, there was a washing machine, and the view was fantastic. Be sure to take your valuables with you when you leave.

The location is super convenient, really close to the famous 'influencer wall'. The room itself is a traditional Korean-style tatami, which was spotlessly clean and tidy. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and even a washing machine. They provide disposable towels and bath towels, and the room gets cleaned daily. The only downsides were that the owner of the small shop where you pick up the elevator card was quite rude, and late check-out wasn't an option.
