Hugging the Fort Worth-Arlington border, A 'Tee'rrific Time sits between two public golf courses, one of which is an executive 9-hole with a driving range, putting/chipping practice space, fitness center and additional amenities. Guests of A 'Tee'rrific Time (18-years-and-older) will have access to the Texas 9 Golf Course and gym. This location is central with easy access to downtown Fort Worth, Cowboy's AT&T Stadium, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, UTA, and the Rangers Stadium.Whether you are here for business, vacation, golfing, or just passing through, this space is meant to provide you with both comfort and escape. Pictures are of the exact unit described. The first floor has an open seating plan that flows great for conversation and entertainment with a half bath and laundry room off the kitchen. Private outdoor seating is just outside the dining space. A stairway next to the front door leads up to 3 separate bedrooms to include the Master Suite (with a king bed, firm mattress, walk-in closet, and master bath), a second bedroom (with a queen bed, medium mattress and closet), and a third bedroom (with a full bed, firm mattress and a twin bed, medium mattress). The two smaller bedrooms share a full bathroom.
