"The structure and layout of Milk Factory Hotel is very simple and clear. After parking your car at the entrance of the hotel, you will see the reception to check in. The hotel's guest rooms seem to have only one floor. The restaurant area is in the middle of a circle of guest rooms. The room is in a loft layout, with upstairs and downstairs, so it is no problem for four people to stay. I found that the biggest advantage of hotels in Iceland is that they clean very carefully and cleanly. Compared with those in China, what impressed me the most was that they did not miss any dead corners when cleaning. That day my mobile phone fell into the gap between the headboard of the bed, and I had to pull open the headboard to get it. I was surprised to find that it was cleaned very cleanly. I have encountered the same thing in China. Even in a five-star hotel, you will most likely see garbage that you don't want to see in this location. The breakfast room is just ten steps away from the door of the room, where you can have breakfast, and you can make tea and coffee by opening the door. In short, it is a good hotel choice."
"Very comfortable small hotel, you can also wash a little supplies here, there is a hot towel rod to use. Fortunately, I met our first Icelandic aurora here."
"There is a large parking lot at the door in the city. The hotel does not have an elevator, and it is difficult to carry large luggage if you live on a high floor. However, the guy at the front desk helped and carried two boxes upstairs at once. I give him a thumbs up."
"It is a standalone cabin and the surroundings are quiet and nice.
The kitchen is a bit narrow though
Most kitchen utensils and sauces were provided.
It was good to use too
There was coffee left in the microwave that seemed to have been left behind by a previous traveler.
There was a little hair sometimes.
However, it was good for use by a family or more than 3 people.
I also liked the photo zone created on the hill."
"Our favorite hotel during our entire Iceland trip! Giant bay windows in the rooms with picturesque views, furnishings were very clean and aesthetic, bathroom was comfortable with all essential amenities. It’s also a 3-min walk to Pakkhus which was one of the best restaurants ever"
"The hotel is located next to the gas station at the entrance to the town and the rooms are simple and clean. There are supermarkets and various handicraft shops nearby. It is especially recommended that the restaurants in the town eat lobsters. Each has its own characteristics. In short, it is worth living in the town for two days."
"Service is very good, breakfast is delicious, but remind not to open the window! Don't believe that there are no mosquitoes in Iceland. I met the largest mosquitoes in my life and flew into the room. I didn't sleep well all night and was bitten all night."
"The location of the apartment is very good. The main entrance faces the sea. The key is on the door. There is a walkie-talkie at the entrance on the first floor. If you have something, you can ask the triple room entrance here. You can park behind the house. Self-driving cars can park behind the house. There is also a parking lot in front of the door. The kitchen utensils of the apartment are very clean, the room can accommodate 6 people, and the room layout is very warm. There are no toiletries, you have to bring your own. The seafood restaurant across the road from the apartment tastes good."
"The room and the shared area are clean but one disadvantage is that you can hear each movement from your upstairs or outside your room, even they walked. Besides, the self- service laundry is a bit overpriced for us although maybe I do not have much idea on how the market price in Iceland shall be. The location is quite ok and parking is convenient. And there is sufficient space for the shared area to no matter enjoy your meal or take a rest. By the way, the bed is too soft for us and the amenities in the room is quite simple especially the coat hanger."

Amazing
Gghhhhhh-The scenery is beautiful and faces the snow-capped mountains.
The hotel has a hot spring and is very comfortable.
The breakfast is relatively small and average (but it seems that breakfasts in Nordic hotels are like this).
Overall, it is recommended and cost-effective.
JJASON LIM MANAGER888One of the most amazing hotel stay. Driving here is an adventure on its own. After miles and miles of farmland, the suddenly, this James Bond looking hotel. The dinner here is exquisite and the room is nice and have all the amenities. The sauna is free and the hot tub is located semi outdoor so if the Aurora did come, you can just chill in the hot tub and enjoy the view. If I have known earlier, I would have stayed one more night
GGuest UserLoved this hostel. Kitchen was very clean. There was a separate area for toaster, sandwich maker and a fancy coffee machine. There was complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. The fridge was huge. It was a Liebherr. The outdoor area even had a BBQ machine. The bathrooms contained both showers and WC so it can be a wait in the mornings. There is a towel warmer in bathroom. The bunk beds can do with more privacy.
BBO JINGVery appreciated for the host’s understanding that we can’t arrive to the hotel on the booking date, due to the road closed for the heavy snow. Through the phone call one of the male reception asked where we were and the told us not to move any more just stay in the safe place. And trip.com services help us to communicate with them and we got the full refund days later. Really thankful for all the kindness for the hotels.
XXuOverall a 3, I give +1 for the northern light we saw at the carpark.
The room we stayed at level 2 was awkwardly designed. The ceiling near bed is so low we at least bang our head 10 times over 2 days.
There is lack of essentials in the room, such as kettle, table and chair. It’s basically a room capable of sleep and shower only.
At the back of carpark we saw northern light. That was the plus of the stay.
It’s the only budget option with private room and bathroom in the area.
JJustin Yin FungGreat place to stay, have breakfast buffet which is good as there are no restaurant nearby unless you head to Hofn. Door is hard to lock/unlock, otherwise room is good.
((^&^)It's a very classic hotel. The room doors are still opened with keys. There are many animal specimens in the lobby and restaurant. The pork chops, steaks and salmon steaks for dinner were delicious, and the waiters were friendly and friendly! Not too far from Diamond Beach
DDIFENG1This hotel is inevitably compared with fosshotel. Choose this hotel near the Scarfate National Park. If the glacier trek starts here, then this hotel is very convenient. If it starts from the glacier lake, drive About forty to fifty minutes, a little farther than fosshotel. 2This hotel seems to be small on the roadside, but after entering, I found that there are many rooms, the rooms are also very comfortable and spacious, there is aurora wake-up service, breakfast is OK, Icelandic parking is like a Chinese rural square, the location is empty, in the wilderness This hotel is very nice and cozy. The service is also polite.
DDeb93Very beautiful structure, clean, ordered and there is everything necessary. Equipped with kitchen and two bathrooms. The living was very nice, fortunately we had close to super friendly rooms 😊 stra recommended!
