I stayed in the hotel during my birthday, Miss Bernadette who assisted me during check in was so friendly and even gave me a room upgrade during my stay. Furthermore, she even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and that was so sweet of her! I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The view was spectacular!

Very enjoyable stay hotel is in a quiet peaceful area surrounded by the sea and some greenery. Perfect for couples, families and those who love time away from the city. Breakfast was okay but nothing great. Overall a good experience !!

We had a great stay here. Nice and out of the way, yet close enough to be able to get into the action in half an hour. A great balance of seaside holiday and visit to HK. Wonderful room, well equipped, with fantastic view. Only downside is the strict requirement for children under 13 to wear a lifejacket in the pool, even though there are plenty of lifeguards and our kids can swim 500m in a stretch back home. This made the pool less enjoyable for them.

I absolutely loved this hotel; it's one of my all-time favorites. A particular highlight was the panoramic 270-degree sea view from the floor-to-ceiling windows (180 degrees directly visible, complemented by another 90 degrees reflected in the mirror). Every day, we admired the deep blue ocean and watched huge container ships, laden with cargo, slowly pass by right before our eyes – it was like a live, constantly changing spectacle. Truly satisfying! While the room wasn't exceptionally spacious, the two comfortable 1.5-meter-wide beds were incredibly cozy, a very thoughtful and considerate design choice. The attention to detail was also impressive. The infinity pool was impressively long at 60 meters, 10 meters longer than a standard Olympic-sized pool. Additionally, there were two warm soaking pools, a godsend for anyone sensitive to the cold. We visited during the off-season, so there were only a handful of people in the pool, making for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience.

I stayed here with my parents and children. The hotel boasts a pleasant overall environment, being beachfront with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views. The location is decent, but there's no public transport directly outside the hotel. You have to take a free shuttle bus to Ocean Park station, then transfer two stops to Tsim Sha Tsui. While not a huge distance, a trip to the city center still takes almost an hour. This is because the free shuttle service operates every 30 minutes, strictly on schedule. You need to arrive at the stop early, as the bus departs punctually and won't wait for any passengers – reflecting Hong Kong's strong emphasis on punctuality. Miss it, and you'll wait another half hour. There are no restaurants directly beside the hotel, and the food available within the hotel is quite pricey. I'd recommend buying snacks and drinks in the city beforehand to bring with you. Cleanliness could be better; there were stains on the bedsheets, and the room felt damp, making the bed feel moist when sleeping. This is perhaps due to the humid southern climate. However, one thing was really great: We stayed for two nights, and after going out for the day on the second day, we forgot to request room cleaning. To our pleasant surprise, when we returned in the evening, the room had been thoroughly cleaned and tidied. This was a definite plus! Also, only complimentary tea and coffee sachets were provided in the room. Everything in the minibar was chargeable, and there was no free bottled water. However, you could refill your own bottles from a water dispenser in the corridor. Given our plan to visit Ocean Park, and the hotel's proximity to it, our two-night stay was acceptable, not terrible. I paid a total of HKD 2000 for the two nights, and I suppose for this price in Hong Kong, this is probably what you can expect.

The views are absolutely stunning; I could sit by the window all day, just gazing out at the scenery and relaxing. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and the children's splash area, which was a major highlight – our little one had a fantastic time playing there! While the service was prompt and responsive, the staff weren't particularly warm or enthusiastic. On the other hand, the complimentary hotel shuttle bus service was incredibly practical, making it super convenient to go to Wong Chuk Hang Station for dinner.

Stunning Hotel with amazing facilities and our second time. They are majorly understaffed on reception and now have some weird rules like children should wear lifejackets in the pool. No 5 star property asks people to wear a life jacket. Also they blocked the pool for 2 hours for some mermaid photo shoot with no prior intimation. Then closed it for 3 more because it was dirty and needed cleaning. I paid extra to upgrade and they would not even waive the upgrade fee. This is now likely more of a bulk package cheap tourist deal to neighboring nations and not representative of the Fullerton brand.

Stayed two nights and had a quiet time. Enjoy the view, had a dinner buffet too.

Our family of four had a very comfortable 2-day, 1-night family trip to Hong Kong. **Transportation:** Our journey involved traveling from Shenzhen to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, then two MTR transfers to Ocean Park Station, followed by a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The entire trip from the high-speed rail station to the hotel took a little over an hour, mainly due to waiting about ten minutes for the shuttle bus, which wasn't too long. A free shuttle service to Ocean Park is also available and takes approximately 10 minutes (I didn't pay close attention to the exact timing). **Hotel & Amenities:** Upon entering, the lobby immediately struck us as stunning. The hotel truly caters to families, featuring an infinity pool, an outdoor splash pool, and an indoor playground. The water park is incredibly convenient, located just a few minutes' walk from the hotel's main entrance. For dining, both à la carte and buffet options are available, and we found the food to be delicious. Our children absolutely adored the family room; the attention to detail throughout was excellent. For reservations, I recommend checking the official website.

Nice hotel and nice swimming pool. The room size is good. It’s a bit far from CBD.

Excellent location, cleanliness, service and facilities. Great breakfast with many options available. Would recommend especially if going to Water World.

[rating the balcony room as we got upgraded] Everything was pretty much perfect and the experience is one of a kind. - The room is spacious, ultra modern (bathroom is just amazing), equipped with cutlery, fridge, and all the necessary. - The view on the sea (from bedroom, balcony) is absolutely stunning and so is the view on the marina (from bedroom and bathroom) - Bedding quite comfortable and easy access to light and curtain from bed - Breakfast best-in-class - swimming pool one of the best in HK - friendly staff Only thing is this is very big hotel so need to queue at checkin and also a bit at checkout
