The service was very good and the amenities we can take as many as needed. The food was very good also. Though the staff did not call to remind for our checkout time and we were 30mins late to checkout, the hotel did not charge us since it was New Year as their compliment for their customer. So thank you so much Hotel Sunroute Sopra-Kobe and looking forward to stay here again when we go back here in Kobe 😉

Access is very good, room is clean and bathroom is roomy compared to most of the other business hotels. The wall is a little thin so you may hear voices from other rooms, but overall, I would recommend this place. There are various amenities and they lend out items like hair iron.

The location was very good, there was drink service, and the room was spacious. I only stayed one night, but I was able to rest comfortably.

I participated in the Kobe Marathon. The location of the hotel is very close to the starting point. The environment near the hotel is quiet and there is a convenience store. I stayed for three nights. I don’t know if it was due to the lack of cleaning staff in the hotel. I was told that there were no cleaning staff to clean the room garbage for two days, and you have to bring your own bath towels. Got it to the front desk to replace it, that was the only drawback.

The room was small, but it was worth the price. Unfortunately, the construction noise in the middle of the night prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. I think the website should provide more details about amenities. For example, you can bring your own toothbrush, razor, etc. from the front desk, and irons, hair irons, etc. can be borrowed.
