Clean, comfortable and very spacious room. A bit of walk to the closest metro station, but not much. And everything you need at walkable distance: restaurants, cafe, shopping mall, etc... Very kind and professional staff.

Nice place in a good location. In the morning the sun illuminates the room with dawn rays. Spacious, bright, close to shops and the metro and the beautiful flower-filled streets of Kunming.

The price and the house are OK. It was good last time, but not this time. The bathroom was leaking. When I came back from lunch, the door was wide open. Luckily nothing was missing. I thought I might have forgotten to close the door. I didn't expect someone to come looking for the cat at 4am. My door was open. It was really scary. I made sure to close the door at night.
