Room was clean and pillow was ok. Certain toiletries are provided upon request at the front desk. Check in and out were pretty smooth. Within walking distance to Taipei main station and even to Ximen. Nespresso machine available in the room with tea bags. No bottled water provided but water machine is available at each floor just outside the lift. Public buses are very accessible. Overall pretty good value for the money.

Very strict when comes with check in and check out time. Location quite convenient. There isn’t any toilet door but a curtain only.

Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. However the toilet is very small and need walk awhile to the nearest mrt station.

Excellent location and service. Incredibly clean and very helpful receptionists at front desk. Comfortable beds. Good value for money. Toilet room is quiet small with limited space to move around which wasn’t a big issue but could potentially be for more mobility limited people.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere but is nearby bus stop to reach train station.

The bathroom stinks badly, and I can hear the sound of running water in the sewer when I sleep at night. The layout of the bathroom and shower room is unreasonable. I can't open the shower door after pulling the door curtain. The plug on the table cannot be plugged in with a triangle. The installation is not user-friendly.
