"This was the most charming accommodation throughout our tour of Vietnam. It was by the road but hidden behind its wall of greenery. Once inside, we were greeted by a spacious courtyard and garden filled with trees, plants, and beautiful rustic furnishings. The privacy it offered was definitely more desirable than other accommodations where their courtyards were open to full public view. In the night, the garden and courtyard were warmly lit and gave a very cozy feel. Our room was clean and faced the mountains, and it had a balcony with a table and chairs for guests to sip coffee and soak in the view and fresh air. We reached early and was given an early check-in as the room was available. Mr Xuan (the boss) and Ms Ha spoke very good English so communication was easy. The location of the villla couldn't be better. To one direction was the nature where we spent the most enjoyable time cycling through, and to the other was a 5-minute walk to town center for numerous shops and restaurants. The location was convenient, and so were the arrangements that Xuan and Ha made for us. They arranged the day tour to the places of interest that were further away, and also arranged our transport to our next destination. Very much a one-stop shop, very easy and smooth for us. Would definitely recommend friends to stay here"

"Located in a quiet place. It is a little difficult to find, but it is a great hotel for healing in nature away from the complex city. The room facilities are a little old, but the staff are friendly. Bicycles are available for free rental, and motorbikes can be rented for 150,000 VND per day. You can tour all the main tourist attractions in Ninh Binh by bicycle or motorbike."

"I had a great stay here. Bed was okay. You just gotta find the comfortable spots. Some spots are slightly uncomfortable. Its very clean all around. The food is good, but slightly limited. They provide free bikes, but 80% of the them are dangerous and fall apart midway your trip. This has caused me multiple inconveniences. Upon such situation they apologized sincerely and requested to come pick me up. They should replace the bikes for a better and safer experiences. The bathroom has an interesting mountain view from it’s back. The area is beautiful. The weekdays are great value. On weekends their prices almost double and for that price I would recommend anyone to stay somewhere else to save up to 50% of your money"

"It's a simple place that feels like a home stay with daily breakfast. It's quiet and comfortable. The service is 5 stars. Tommy and his wife are kind, warm and helpful. There are hosts who provide good service because it's their job, and there are hosts who genuinely care for their guests. Tommy and wife belong to the latter. There are some good restaurants nearby. Must try the roast duck on grill and goat meat. Avoid the massage places - not great. Pizza was just so so and expensive. Will be perfect if the room has a full length mirror for dressing up and make up, and a floor rug inside the bathroom to dry our wet feet."

"Great experience at Riverside Homestay. Host was very helpful, breakfast every morning was great. Had a bike, scooter for use. And had a map pointing out the local spots to hit. Would happily stay again ✌️"

"It was a trip with my parents and our couple. My father was my first overseas trip, so I thought this kind of accommodation would not be bad for about 2 nights, so I experienced it, but it was very successful. First of all, it is a location and road that is easier to walk than other accommodations. However, it is not a location that is less accessible, but it is surprisingly quiet so you can give you a counting point. It was not uncomfortable because it was close to the place where you must sweat, and there are many restaurants just a short walk away. The homestay breakfast was simple, so it wasn't bad, but those with a lot of quantities may be a little hungry. Drinks are in a coffee shop together, so you don't have to go far. The swimming pool is small and small, but I couldn't use it because I didn't have a swimsuit. Usually, many Westerners swim. The downside is that the accommodation is a bit old. However, considering the price range, it wasn't bad and the staff were all friendly, so it was a pleasant trip. If you come to sweat again someday, you're willing to visit again. However, if you come with a lover, not a family, please go to a slightly more luxurious hotel class."

"A wonderful place, I didn't want to leave. I stayed in a shared room, and they changed my towels and gave me a bottle of water every day. The food was delicious, it was quite clean, and the place was beautiful. You can rent a bike and explore the whole area. The family was very helpful and always willing to help. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The swimming pool is simply incredible and perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. The boss is super nice and always ready to help. The breakfast is top notch, offering a variety of delicious choices. The hotel offers a multitude of services such as bicycle and scooter rental, which is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. In addition, they advise you on the routes to follow in Ninh Binh, which is a big plus for discovering this beautiful region. I recommend this hotel 100%!"

"Homestay qualité hôtel 3 étoiles. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très professionnels. Tout est superbement entretenu et très propre. On s’y sent bien, il y fait bon vivre. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Proposition de tours, location de vélos, lessive, et d’autre services. Ambiance familiale et conviviale. Je recommande sans hésiter. Le rapport qualité prix emplacement est juste parfait. Une bonne partie des sites à visiter sont accessibles à vélo. Prévoir un budget grab ou moto pour vos déplacement hors Tam Coc."
