Response from Property: Thank you for staying at The Royal Park Hotel Hiroshima Riverside.Regarding the matter you contacted us about, we have checked all the linens collected from the room and all the items collected on the floor regarding the foundation and sunscreen you left in your room, but they have not been found at this time.After speaking with the cleaning staff, we were informed that they make sure not to touch any of our guests' personal belongings during their stay, and that they did not collect any during this cleaning.We have also checked every nook and cranny of the guest room, but have not found it either.We have also checked with the collection company to see if the sheets had been rolled up in the used towels, but they were not found.We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could please check your luggage once again.Thank you very much for your cooperation.The Royal Park Hotel Hiroshima RiversideFront Manager Minamida
