"The hotel is so beautiful, there is a large internal area, you need to drive from the iron gate for ten minutes, along the beautiful road, there are small wild boars on the road, next to the waterfall, there is a waterfall behind the hotel room, only for internal residents , You can swim and boat in the pond under the waterfall, and you can also participate in their rich activities such as climbing from the waterfall or visiting their farm. Breakfast is delicious. We did not have the opportunity to have dinner. It is said that it is their chef’s no-menu dinner. They use fresh ingredients from their own farm, which is a little regrettable. I highly recommend it. I will stay a few more days next time."

"The hotel is in a wonderful location and thanks to the architect perfectly fitted into the bay. The rooms have a fantastic view (we had a seaview room) onto coconut island. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything is still functional and clean. Hotel restaurant and bar are both comfortable, food is good. Our room was not made up although the reception promised to for the next day, each day."

"Loved the service they have there especially the 24h valet parking they offer. The first room I got was not really well as it feels very dusty, but they were very quick and offered a new room for me. I wanted a balcony and upgraded myself to it. One issue is the minor noise of some kind of engine at night especially when it’s quiet in the room. Definitely will be back to this hotel."

"The hotel is an old hotel at first glance, but it is very clean and tidy, well-equipped, comfortable, very convenient to eat and shop around, not far from the beach, suitable for a family holiday, it is already nine o'clock in the evening when you check in, you can't have time to walk around, go shopping everywhere, Some regrets. One thing that feels a little inconvenient is that there is a kitchen, there are simple tableware, it is best to provide a soup pot and a pan, so that the kitchen can be simply used."

Unfortunately, there are no outlets by the bed, limited space in the room, and it's noisy due to the street. Bathrooms aren't always clean, showers are too small, and there's no room for clothes or shelves. Outlets don't work for large adapters."

"The best part about this hotel is the view! We had an ocean view room and woke up a few yards off the water. The service here was great. The front desk was very friendly and had great recommendations for local food options. The amenities were helpful especially the dishes so we could prepare basic meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The room did have some mold in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door otherwise the room was clean."

GGuest UserThe facility was clean and quiet. It is in a nice neighborhood within close driving distance to all of the Hilo attractions. The desk person had helpful suggestions for local restaurants and activities. My wife and I stayed for a weekend, and recommend Arnott's. It's a great pace for under $200 per night.
