Very good location, close to the port, long distance and short-distance bus station. Walk for a few minutes. It is also close to the busiest square, full of restaurants and cafes. No need to choose a sea view room, the window is small, a little sea view. The front desk service is very good, the commercial atmosphere of Crete is not strong, people are very friendly!

The room is clean and big. The coffee machine in the room is a bit swollen. The breakfast is OK. I don't like that their eggs are fried first and are a bit cold.
The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient. It is difficult to find parking spaces around the hotel and the roads are very narrow.
The hotel is convenient to the surrounding attractions. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. We are going to drive to Chania and she gave us a map to tell us the attractions we can go along the way.
If you want to have breakfast, the nearby No. 7 Chinese restaurant is very good.

We recently stayed at the Metropole and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.

The hotel is not in the old town of Iraqi Lion, but the location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the station, parking around is also convenient. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and the facilities were very new. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel service is also very good, help us call a taxi. Many local rentals in Heraklion do not play tables, so I ask for the hotel, which is very convenient. Recommended stay.

Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

JJoshDBWRoom was cosy and big with good facilities (especially the balcony), and the breakfast was the expected options but filling. One drawback would be that it took the staff a long time to clean and prepare the room, even though the end results were just ok. For example the shower gel was merely filled with water to give the appearance of it being full, rather than replacing the bottle. Maybe this was the previous occupant but the hotel could look to keep an eye on details a little closer.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located fairly central, various bus lines go past with a stop right outside the door. Reception staffed 24/7 & they were very helpful. Room was clean & equipped with everything you need, aircon also worked well. The continental breakfast was also very good & breakfast room clean & plenty of seating (was open from 7.30-10.30 when we visited). All in all an excellent hotel which we will definitely use again.

GGuest UserThe staff service is very good, the facilities and food are very satisfactory. The only thing is that the hotel only provides bottled water on the first day, but you can buy it near the hotel. In addition, the hotel only provides one paper cup per person, and there is no cup supply at all in the bathroom. Paper cups cannot be washed multiple times and are not used for many days. Especially in the last two days, replacement is no longer available and has to be cleaned.

The young man on reception immediately sorted out a new room which was clean and comfortable.
He provided cold drinking water which was lovely after a long journey and offered any assistance needed.
Very central to town and transport.
1 minor point - tea, coffee etc provided but need some sachets of milk.
Would stay again and is recommended.

XXiangxiangzaibaliThe breakfast variety is very rich and the location is very good on the top floor. The room was very good, there was hair on the pillow, but it didn't matter if I was thrown in the cabinet. As other guests comment, the block downstairs is very unfriendly, I don't know if they will attack people, but at least it looks scary, girls are best not to pass there at night
