"Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you"

"The apartment room is large, clean and tidy, well-equipped, the bathroom sink is very comfortable to use, and there is a washing machine. The apartment is in a courtyard. In addition to the apartment door, the yard and the unit have a password door, which is more convenient to stay."

"I was only informed that the morning sauna was free, so I paid to use the sauna at night. However, I’m now wondering if guests staying at the hotel were actually allowed to use the sauna at night for free as well, since I heard that other guests using the sauna didn’t pay. it’s amazing that you can stay at a hotel with a sauna included for this price."

"The room's air conditioning was inadequate, making it quite stuffy in the summer. I went down to the lobby to call the reception, but the phone rang endlessly with no one answering (it didn't seem like they offered 24-hour service). Lobby phones are complimentary. However, do not use your personal phone to call reception, as it costs €0.79 per minute. The hotel is inexpensive, so it's acceptable given the price. Its main advantage is the convenient transport links."

"The location is ideal, you can reach the bus stop or subway station in a few minutes, there is a large supermarket nearby, the room is equipped with a cooking stove, you can cook in the room, there is a shared space in the basement, there is a gym room, sauna room, and free laundry room, the facilities are very good."

The hotel is centrally located (walking distance from Kampii, train station, etc.), the room was spacious and well equipped, the service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet extensive. I also enjoyed the dinner, which was included in the room rate. Overall, very good value for money (compared to other hotels). Highly recommend."
