Pet Fee (if applicable) - Pets: We allow pets on conditions. 1) pay the pet fee 2) follow local leash laws (all pets outside of house must be on a leash). 3) bag and pick up pet waste and dispose of in toilets or outside trashcan (but only if in a bag). If you bring a pet, please tell us and say you have a pet on your reservation as our cleaners charge us a $50 fee to use "odor ban" on the entire house and do extra cleaning for any pet hair. If they determine there was a pet they will charge me, and I'll pass the fee along to our guest. We have sensitive non-pet owner guests with allergies so the extra cleaning has to be extra detailed.
