"Stayed for a festival nearby. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was great, we had lunch and breakfast and both were lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable and felt like they had recently been updated. 10/10 would stay again."

"It was my first experience in a castle. I felt its magnificent nature and historical structure to my core. It made me say that it is a place where I can live for the rest of my life. Thank you for all your services. Maybe it would be a good idea to expand your breakfast options a little more."

"This hotel is very conveniently located for access to and from the M1 (which is why I chose it). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for location is because if you fancy taking a stroll into the nearby village, perhaps for a pub meal and a drink, then the footpath is non- existent in places and you need to be careful in the dark. But that's not the hotel's fault and as the hotel is clearly set up for travelling business customers, I suppose most people would just drive a couple of minutes to the local pubs (which were more lively than the hotel bar). Aside from that, everything else was fine. The staff were all helpful and polite and the breakfast was delicious and filling. And the room was fine too. Overall, this hotel worked well for me on this occasion and I am happy to recommend it"

"The staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner. I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable. As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me. Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport."

"Overall my stay was good and pleasant, close to airport. Bed was very comfortable, room had all facilities needed for a short stay. I had to leave very early and I would like to suggest a hotel has for guests with early departures breakfast pack to take away. Not many people would have breakfast at 4am and there wasn’t anything you can take away except croissants and butter. If you pay for bed and breakfast you should have this."

"A very handy place to stay - right next to the train station; room was clean and a lot space for your luggages in the room. Receptionists were very friendly too."

"The hotel is 15 mins walk from Luton Airport Parkway train station. And another 15 mins walk to the Luton Airport. Perfect for a night stay before a morning or afternoon flight. My room was very spacious, bed sheets were fresh and clean and the staff were nice to talk to."
