Impressive Boutique Hotel Reviews

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room is spacious and the hotel is very close to some famous attractions in Old Quarter Hanoi. The receptionist is very nice and helpful too.

Cheap/budget hotel. Fairly basic, it could do with a scrub to make it look better. If you dont want to splash out, then this is a good option. Although the bed linen was fresh (i read some reviews that stated otherwise), the hotel was nothing special. It feels like it has been forgotten. Great location

Faulty door and Faulty lock. The room is very clamp.not much space to put luggage.

The hotel had the perfect location away from main road but walking distance to everything. Was a little bit out dated could do with modernising. Only bad bit was we needed a taxi to the airport on our last morning to we asked the lady in reception to sort this for us and she got us to pay for it there and then, we were stood outside waiting and once the taxi was ten minutes late I went in to ask where it was and it hadn’t been booked! We ended up leave 25 minutes late and when we got in the taxi I had to explain to the driver that we had already paid, he then had to go and talk to the hotel making us later!

Excellent little backstreet hotel within 5 minutes walk from St Joseph's Cathedral. Nearby are restaurants, massage services, coffee shops, and bars. The manager was very helpful, organising airport transfers for our large family. Will also organise tours and motorbike hire, I'm sure. The rooms were comfortable, if not basic. Although the beds were some of the softest we've found in Vietnam so far!

Very good location, easy to walk anywhere, close to everything. The room is quite dirty, dusty, small, narrow, open the bag and there is no place to walk.

I made a reservation in advance in Korea because my flight was arriving at around 2 AM local time in Vietnam... but the facilities weren't that great! Especially the bathroom was the worst! There was a lot of hair in the drain! ㅠㅠ There were decent accommodations nearby with similar prices~ (I went around the next day and checked all the rooms and found one)

The hotel is in a great location, right near St. Joseph's Church. The hot water supply is a big problem, and you have to take a shower in several times. (Because there was no hot water halfway through the shower), and there was also the problem of sound insulation...

The staff were so friendly. The location was great, so it was easy to get anywhere. The atmosphere of the cafes in the alley in front was also really nice :) ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
