[Good] - Awesome location [Bad]: I Stayed 4 nights - No bad sheet, bedspread, pillow case and etc. change for a whole period - Smell of age of the building

The room has a faint smoke odor, but the location is good. They gave us a Spray but it does not help that much.

Situated in the Tenjin area, close to all the shopping centres and shopping streets. The hotel seems aged but still cozy. The room is just normal.

Room too small. Wifi is really bad.

i must say it is not the closest hotels to the train stations but the hotel is quite easy to locate. It takes around 7-10 minutes walk from either tenjin station or tenjin-minami station. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, donki, convenience stores, boutiques and restaurants so overall speaking it is nice staying here :) it is not a fancy hotel but it is certainly comfortable! if i am travelling to Fukuoka again, i would love to stay at this hotel.

The worse hotel I had ever stayed in Japan. Extremely poor noise isolation as I could have clearly heard everything of my next-door. And the service is not very good too, there is no seat from the lobby. I would never go again

Little bit old but beyond comparable location

good room for the price/length of stay for solo traveling but noticable dust on vents and such. Customer service was top notch and lots of amenities provided.

Good location, clean and quiet.

Sound proof can be improved. The hotel is a bit old but cleanness is acceptable with the price. Easy access to Tenjin-Shop and station. Near Sakura viewing point.

Nice central hotel. Room was Nice and clean. It was not big but good enough for me:)
