Great place to rest and get breakfast after a long day of exploring the bamboo forest.

Positive: When we arrived we Got a free room upgrade to a suite. Negative The staff at The hotel does not understand English at All . When we had Lunch at The restaurant we discovered there are No proper menus. The 'menu' was an ordiray papwr with all dishes printes in Chinese. We had to try ordering using a translatipn app. The waiter recommended a Huge Family meal For 6 people eventhough we were Only 2 people.Not Only was It expensive . but we also couldn't finish all The Food And most of It went to waste. I wanted to order coffee but was told that coffee is served Only during BREAKFAST. The cuisine is Chinese cuisine only. The Private hotspring cabin was RMB 680 an hour.

Nice hotel with tidy, spacious, and modern rooms. Breakfast time ends too early at 9:30 am and has limited selection but still okay.

🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that "all rooms are like this". I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into "classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago"! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for "Welcome Fruit Yogurt", but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said "refills are charged"? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as "rich buffet", but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!

I stayed for two nights during the holiday. The hotel is generally good. It is not far from Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The staff is warm and friendly. The environment is good. Parking is convenient. The children's play area and lawn are very suitable for children. Recommended

I called one day in advance and the room was upgraded. The room was large and clean. There was a dedicated butler for one-on-one service. Thanks to the butler Xiao Qian for his warm and thoughtful service. The overall service staff of the hotel was pretty good. I will go back for a few days next time if I have the chance.

The room is big, and they specially helped to upgrade it. The view of the countryside is good, and the ecology is close to nature, which makes people relax. However, the roadside smell is really bad, the hotel hot spring is also average, there are not many pools, and the slippers are not changed for each guest. The breakfast is unexpectedly unpalatable, which is still a bit different from the rating.

Whether it is the bamboo forest, tea mountain, river beach, courtyard, or swimming pool, there are surprises everywhere! The fresh air after the rain makes people want to take a deep breath. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the careful arrangement, free room upgrade, and meticulous and thoughtful tips, which made us feel the enthusiasm and sincerity of the hotel. Although the hot spring is not big, it is enough to soak away the fatigue brought by the mountain climbing and have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and tastes good. The hotel is also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Dajue Temple. It is worth coming again!

The room is nice and not small. The twin beds are put together to make it bigger, which is suitable for children. After getting up in the morning, I climbed the tea mountain behind and could see Tianmu Lake. The scenery is pretty good. The hotel's breakfast is also good and the dining environment is also very good. It is quite close to Tianmu Lake Landscape Garden and Nanshan Bamboo Sea, about 15 minutes by car.
