The bed was very comfortable and the hotel has an indoor rooftop bar with nice views and a happy hour from 4-6 pm. The room was a little worn - the shower door was clunky to slide. Nothing really wrong but expected something a little more upscale for the price. There’s a casual and affordable breakfast place next door with a direct connection via the hotel lobby. The hotel is walking distance to the World Trade Center.

Good clean Safe

This hotel was wonderful! The staff were so helpful and friendly from when we walked in - always offering us water, helping with the bags, hailing us taxis and helping us load in (as a party of six, the extra hands were helpful!) . The lobby was decorated so festively (we stayed in December) and it felt so magical! The rooms were huge - my room had two double beds, a big bathroom, a desk. We had enough room for three people, three suitcases and still didn’t feel on top of each other. Another couple in our party had the room with the terrace which was a lovely touch - I’d recommend that room for some cute drinks in the room! It’s really close to the Fulton street subway. Loads within walking distance, including the incredible Frances Tavern for food and drinks. Really recommend!

5 stars to the hotel staff who were making their best efforts to solve the issue we had. They were super attentive and helpful. The hotel is at the lower town close to Wall Street. People can reach the subway/metro station only 1mins by walk. The only issue ( for us) was the design of the aircon system that facing bed and the wind blowing directly when resting while we were arranged to a different room with the assistance of the staff. Special thanks to Peter and Bryan who were very considerate and helpful. You made a big difference in our comfort through our stay.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very close to subway. Service is good and gentle, but shower room is small.

This place is a hidden gem and I will return in the near future.

I will stay here again next time, but the 2 days I booked were too expensive.

The location is very good, with many subway lines available, good public safety, and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, and three bottles of mineral water, coffee, and tea were provided every day, which was very helpful. Above all, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They patiently listened to my poor English and had pleasant conversations with me every day with a smile. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The room is small, but the location is great. There is a Starbucks GAP downstairs and a few small convenience stores. You can walk to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Fifth Avenue by subway. The subway station entrance is downstairs.

Convenient location, washroom with handheld shower head, not like other hotels with one shower shower, with slippers, room is clean, bed is quite comfortable.
