I highly recommended the hotel. The room are spacious and cozy. It very near the bus stop which can take bus 277 (which we take it from 岳王庙, when it was raining that day and no Didi available) and FengQi MRT exit B. By walking along the road, you can reach the famous 西湖music fountain and 银泰in77 shopping center. Xiyouli hotel also provided complimentary washing/drying machine. There are 2 laundry room at level 5 and 8 with 4 machine at level 5. The staff are friendly and helpful. They can even send the washed/dried clothes to your room. The buffet breakfast are delicious and with various choice, including bread, cereal, chinese cuisine. The room services are excellent as well which help us to change the towel and top up the mineral water/toiletries daily. It is shared hotel under Zhejiang Hotel which only Level 4 is Xiyouli hotel. There is a rest area at Level 4 which convenient for group of friends/family. The sound proof is good as well. It also provided kids toothbrush set which amazed my kids for family room. All room are equipped with the smart home system which you can control the room lightnings, curtains, air cond and tv through voice. Overall is a 5 star experience. The only downside is the Didi drop off point is near the junction which need to be careful where many electric motors are passing by.

Very nice and well located hotel. I was really happy and impressed by this hotel. They thought of everything to make your stay great. It is really clean, they have all the amenities you need in your room. Breakfast has a large choice: some Western options( coffee, bread, butter and fruits) I felt good during my stay. Happy with the free laundry service. I spotted on the last day, the steamer in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed is really soft. Despite being next to the street, it wasn’t noisy at all. It’s at a walking distance from a shopping street with plenty of snacks shops and restaurants to eat. Very good internet connection in the room. I couldn’t find the password to use it in the lobby on the day we checked out and , at the time, it was too busy at the reception desks to ask the staff. The only thing to improve is about the charging station, maybe add or replace it by a more common one. It was very challenging to put it back after use as there were no empty place left at the hotel and the nearby shops didn’t have that brand. We finally found one the following day, in an alley in the shopping street. Despite having a map to help you find where they are, it wasn’t easy as a lot of locations on the map are no longer accurate. It gives an option of pausing for 12 hours to find a location where to return it, but that wasn’t enough since the few that are around filled up quickly.

I recently stayed at your property from June 11th to June 16th. Among the local chain hotels I’ve experienced, FM Hotel stands out as the best so far—a significant improvement compared to my numerous visits since 2015. I was particularly impressed by your staff’s friendliness and professionalism. One team member who deserves special recognition is the lady in charge of the restaurant during breakfast hours. On June 13th at 7:42 AM, I noticed some unpleasant scenes on the restaurant floor. Being observant, I took a photo to use as a training example for my daughter, who is studying Hotel Management in Hangzhou. Ms. Wee immediately approached me, apologized sincerely, and handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. She even offered a fruit basket as a goodwill gesture. I assured her that my intention was purely educational—not to demand compensation or share the incident publicly. While the fruit basket itself wasn’t the priority, Ms. Wee’s dedication to service recovery is commendable. Overall, your staff are exceptionally well-trained, and the facilities and amenities are excellent. FM Hotel remains a standout property, and I will certainly return in the future.
