Loved this hotel! The stay was super spacious and clean, and the view from our room was so beautiful, we could see all the green trees around us as well as a temple in the background. The hotel location was really convenient, we could walk it to West Lake as well as shopping centres like in77! Additionally the hotel staff were wonderful (particularly Xiao Jiao), they were really helpful, even helping us to move our luggage when my foot was injured, so sweet! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

The hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions. The staff is exceptionally courteous and professional.
I would like to particularly commend Xiaojiao for her outstanding service, which significantly contributed to making my stay both enjoyable and comfortable.

The room was nice and spacious, very clean, I enjoyed the stay. Also in a convenient location for those who want to visit the West Lake. And there's lots of good food around the area too. More importantly, it's not too far from the train Station, only about 30 mins from Hangzhou East Station.
