Hotels in Hangzhou Railway Station Area, Hangzhou

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. She gave us excellent advice on how to navigate Hangzhou city. Thank you, Lulu.

This is a very good accommodation with (1) super elegant design, (2) great location, and (3) good options for breakfast buffet. One thing that I must slightly complain was the strange smell from the bathroom, it got worse everytime we came back to the room after a long day shutting all door and windows. The staffs did kindly upgrade our room (even before the smell happened( and offered us to change the room twice (after we reported it), we tried once and eventually figured out that the smell could be gone if we (1) turned on the AC for at least 1 hour and (2) put on a lot of lavender room spray. Apart from that, everything else was absolutely lovely.

The location is very good, adjacent to Hangzhou Station, which is very friendly to friends who travel by train. There are shared bicycles at the door, and it is not far to ride to West Lake. You can enjoy the night view on the higher floors. The Wanghu Restaurant on the 33rd floor allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of West Lake while eating, which is good.

Will definitely come again if we are in Hangzhou again.

The room is super clean and hygienic, and the auntie cleans it very well. Because it is a newly opened hotel, I really like it And it is very close to the subway station, right after the subway station, the public transportation nearby is very convenient, and it is also convenient to eat around. First of all: there is a smell when you go out of the elevator, and then you see a pile of tablecloths in the corridor. Even the quilt cover in the room was torn (holes); the chairs looked dirty. The sound insulation of the room is poor, it is too close to the road, and the cars driving on the road can be heard clearly. I checked in at 12 o'clock in the evening and went to bed after 2 o'clock in the evening; as a result, at 8:30 in the morning, someone knocked on the door and asked if anyone was in the room (presumably for cleaning); Alas, the overall feeling is still a bit far from the three-star standard.

This is my Nth time in Hangzhou. I stayed at Hilton before. This time I mainly took my mother to visit West Lake and found a hotel nearby. I stayed at Atour for the second time and was pleasantly surprised. 1 The hotel is very convenient next to the subway (I was so scared of the traffic jam during the last rush hour). It only takes five stops to get to West Lake. 2 This Atour hotel is newly renovated and has good configurations in all aspects. It is clean. 3 The front desk is proactive and enthusiastic. I can still arrange for it next time~

The hotel is conveniently located near the West Lake (about a 15-minute walk) and not far from the famous walking street. Although the staff doesn't speak English, they are very helpful and try their best to communicate. The breakfast is delicious and diverse (48 yuan per person). There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The highlight of the hotel is its beautiful interior design and high-quality amenities, comparable to a 5-star hotel but at an affordable price. However, the light control panel in the room can be a bit tricky to use. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
