We stayed for 3 nights. My room is good, no problem. My sister room has a bit smell of Mala. Because the room were full bookings, hotel staff sprayed the air freshener, changed the room for her the next day. Location is superb! Every close to big night market, that we shopped, buying food and souvenir. Every convenience. Hotel offering us to store large luggages, 😄😄. After first-two nights, we went to another area, wang xian gu, on mountain, and back to the hotel on 4th night. There are car service provider at the lobby. Which we can choose size of vehicle. For the last day, we went to another area with all our luggages of 6 ppl. They could find us big van for 9 ppl, to another city and even picked up and dropped us again to the airport at night. Excellent!

This hotel was an excellent choice for my trip to Hangzhou. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. With the subway station right outside, everywhere felt easily accessible. The service was outstanding. They even offered complimentary fruit. When my friend mentioned she didn't like Sprite, the staff promptly swapped it for a Coke and even offered an extra bottle. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended! A definite 5-star rating. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the breakfast was great – very varied and plentiful. The dining environment on the 26th floor was also fantastic.

This is one of the best hotels we have been to! We came here to visit family and this hotel was the top recommendation. We got one of the upgraded rooms and the service was excellent! Rooms are very clean, serviced daily, and are incredible. We got a floor on the 5th level and it was great. The staff is incredibly helpful, great food variety for breakfast, and our stay was impeccable! When we come to visit again, this is easily our go-to hotel to recommend to friends, family, and anything looking for a 5 star experience!

Good clean hotel as expected from Hampton by Hilton brand. Good breakfast spread except closes at 10am. Would be nice to perhaps extend till 1030am. Nice view if higher floor.

The booking confirmation was very prompt. Upon arrival, the hotel building was impressive, and the check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff were friendly, patient, and polite. We even encountered a housekeeping staff member who kindly guided us to our room. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with particularly spotless and comfortable bedding – a big plus! The quiet environment ensured a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was abundant and delicious. P.S. The petrified wood display in the main lobby is definitely worth seeing.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the aromatherapy smells particularly good. I heard a greeting as soon as I entered the door. The front desk lady and the boy were warm and enthusiastic. Tea was served when checking in. During the stay, they would greet me politely when they met me on the road. The takeaway food was also delivered to the floor. The housekeeping lady delivered the items quickly. The air conditioner in the room blew quickly and the temperature was moderate. The room was very soundproofed, with double-glazed soundproofing. The soundproofing was very good so it was very quiet. The housekeeping lady delivered the items quickly, and the mineral water was delivered quickly! The delivery was very fast, and a bottle of mineral water was also delivered when leaving the hotel. Recommended

From the moment I stepped into the lobby until check-out, I experienced professional service throughout my stay. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the meticulous care from all team members made me feel incredibly welcome. Staff consistently served with a smile, promptly responded to my needs, and the concierge even proactively helped me plan my local itinerary. Their level of thoughtfulness truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located right at Hangzhou Station and is also very close to West Lake. With a subway entrance directly outside the hotel, transportation couldn't be easier. Thumbs up, highly recommended!

When I arrived at the hotel, the service was very warm and thoughtful. It is very close to the West Lake, where you can also take a boat trip. The room is large and the environment is very good. The breakfast is also good. The nearest Drum Tower is also convenient for checking in, and the transportation is also very convenient.

The space is large, the Qiantang River is outside, the soundproofing is great, and the front desk service is good. The bed is also big and comfortable to sleep in. The layout is very elegant, the location is good, very close to the subway station, there are many snacks nearby, there is a convenience store and coffee upstairs, overall it is good

The room I booked is for a family of 4, so it was a little bit smaller than I thought. The hotel’s located in a nice area but I think it’s kinda dangerous for traffic. The hotel is clean, the room is tidy. The only thing that kinda bugs me is the smell at the entrance. It’s too strong, sometimes it makes me feel sick. I don’t know where’s the smell comes from, but it is a really strong typical mala smell of Chinese food. They don’t have much good range of breakfast here, just average with eggs, buns, some fruit repeated every day. My room is booked for 4 but only 3 can have free breakfast, and in the room there’re only amenities for two people except for the water bottle, which I find pretty funny. The bed is comfy, and air-condition is on even when we were out of the room, which I find pretty nice. It helps cool down the heat faster when we got back to the hotel because Hangzhou at the time we visited was so hot. The staff is nice and helpful, even though they don’t speak English. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. Overall, with this affordable price, I think this hotel is a good choice. It’s also near the railway and bus station, only 15 minutes walk. And there’re some restaurants nearby as well, so it’s okay for food choices if you decide not to have breakfast in the hotel.
